Riza Hawkeye and Roy Mustang from Fullmetal Alchemist.

Okay, so technically they're not a couple. Lieutenant Hawkeye's job is basically to keep Coronal Mustang in line. But they sure act like one. Much of their lives have been with each other, creating a strong friendship between the two.

Plus, their contrasting personalities makes the pair even better for one another.
