Hmm, I'm a bit torn. 

I think I would love to have Natsu and Gray as best friends from Fairy Tail.  I mean, c'mon, who wouldn't? 

But, then I love L and Near from Death Note...

But yeah, Natsu can be an idiot sometimes but he cares for his friends and would be fun to hang out with. Plus, you'd never have a dull day and would get to go on amazing adventures. Gray is usually calm and collected when Natsu doesn't get him going and even when he's being pervy and ripping off his clothes, he would make an awesome best friend. I feel like they would be the super protective type. xD

*Cough* anyWAYS, I also feel like being friends with Armin from Attack on Titan or Genos from One Punch Man. Armin is just so cute and innocent and I just love him ahhh---- He's just super sweet. >~< And Genos would be super cool to hang out with. Like, sign me up.
