We're traped. We're going to die here. "What is this?" 4 asks.

"I don't know," I reply, "Soos? Any clue what this is?"

"Nope," Soos replies, "but it doesn't effect me, watch this." Soos crosses the county line without trouble.

"There must be some explanation," 4 says thinking aloud, "who here would know about this sort of thing?"

"Well," Soos explains, "you could always ask McGucket, he worked with the author."

"The hillbilly?" 4 asks, "you sure about that?"

"Yeah dudes!" Soos exclaims, "cmon! I'll take you to his place!"
We drive back into town. I begin to wonder, what's the difference between me and 4? Or, more importantly, me and Dipper. If I were to take his place, would anyone notice? Am I even an individual? I know I'm not really alive, but how far does that go? Does that separate me from Dipper, or are we exactly the same?

We pull up at Northwest mansion. "Soos this isn't McGucket's house, this is a mansion! " I explain.

"Dudes, didn't you hear? He became a rich after patenting all his inventions!" Soos explains, "he bought this place two months ago. Man, you two are really out of touch aren't you?"

We get out of the car and knock on the massive, wooden doors. "Come in!" McGucket yells. I push the doors open. The mansion is lavish and decorated, but McGucket seems to focus on his work more than a lavish lifestyle. Papers are scattered throughout the room, covering every wall and table.

"What can I do ya for?" McGucket asks.

"It's a long story," I reply, "4 and I-"

"Who's 4?" McGucket asks.

"Oh wait, give us a second," I reply realizing 4 isn't in the room. Soos and I step outside. We help 4 into the mansion.

"So what's going on?" McGucket asks, "why are there two of ya?"

"We're clones," I explain, "and we need get to California."

"I got something for that," McGucket replies, "always willing to help a friend." He takes out some kind of ray gun. "This should teleport you outside the weirdness containing bubble. Now hold still."

"I'll drive to the edge of town and meet up with you, " Soos explains, "You have to get to California somehow." Soos walks out to his car. McGucket fires his gun, and we end up outside of Gravity Falls. Soos pulls up, we get in, and begin the long drive to California...
