Summer was soon approaching its end and Amara was stuck at home. She wasn't sick, just bored. She had an audition for a movie coming up soon but it was like two weeks away.That was too long for Mara's workaholic self.So all she could do was hang out with her boyfriend,sister and cousin.

Amara now lay sleeping in her bed during this one rainy afternoon.Juliet was hanging out with Amir at his house, Nella was hanging out with Niko,Kenny and AJ, and Cee had disappeared off to somewhere ten minutes ago.

Amara quietly snored as her room door opened to reveal Oakley with McDonald's in his arms. He sets them down quietly on the bedside table and kisses Amara's head gently, shaking her awake. She stirs a little, groaning quietly. "You really do like to sleep," Cee says muttering under his breath.

"I really do," Amara responds in a quiet soft voice.Cee laughs a little as Amara reluctantly gets up sitting up and rubbing her eyes. Cench sits next to her, passing her the food as she lays her head on his shoulder taking a bite out of her food. "Thank you for the food" she says, yawning a little. "It's calm Mars," he says, eating his own food.

Amara kisses his neck and grabs her script of the side of the table. She starts to absentmindedly read it and say her part under her breath. Cee looks over at her and snatches it out of her hands.

"Hey!" she says confused. "What is this?" he says reading it. "My audition script.Now give it" she says reaching for it but he pulls away putting it on the table farthest from Mara. "Nope. You're always working time for a break" Cee says fighting her attempts to grab her stuff back. "But what am I supposed to do?" Amara says, whining a little. "Anything else but work" Cee says trying to crush Amara.

Amara giggles and slides out from under him gasping for air. Cee puts her on top of him and Amara straddles his lap, his hands on her ass. She kisses him lovingly as he strokes the hair out of her face. "What should we do then?" she says, pulling away from his soft lips. "Anything you want," he says smiling.

"Ok.Then can we go to the movies." she says sweetly. "Sure Mars" he says and Amara gets off of him jumping a little from excitement. "Ok lemme just go get ready" she says over the moon. She rushes into her closet grabbing clothes and then the bathroom taking a quick shower and doing her makeup. She slips on her outfit and ties her hair in a bun doing her edges as quickly as she can.She sprays her Kayali Vanilla perfume and steps out quietly and sees Oakley on his phone.She smiles and takes a quick picture of him.

"I'm ready" she announces excitedly and Cee looks up, giving her a toothy smile. He comes up to her and takes her hand spinning her around after pulling her into his body. She smiles and pecks his lips. "You ready to go," he says into the kiss. "Yeah, but I thought you was tryna change," she says cheesing. "Nah, no reason too" he says as he pulls away, grabbing his keys and walking out of the room.

Amara and Cee walk up to the snack stand in the theater and Amara immediately grabs a packet of watermelon sour patch.She grabs a Calypso and some peanut butter m&m's.She sets them down on the counter as Cee grabs his snacks. After ordering two popcorns the cashier rings them up and just when Amara is about to pay Cee swipes his card instead. Amara's jaw drops a little as Cee chuckles. Amara smacks him in his shoulder with her mouth still slightly agape.

"I wanted to pay dip shit" she argues as they continue to walk to the ticket stand. " You should know that's never going to happen when you're with me" he rebuts scrolling through the movies on the screen. Amara rolls her eyes as Central furrows his eyes trying to figure out what movie to watch. "What movie should we pick?" he says, turning to Mara. She scrolls through the movies until her eyes land on a certain one. "We can watch the new spiderman one." she says as she stares at the poster then at Cee. Cee shrugs and attempts to buy the tickets but Amara swipes her card instead giggling.

She sticks her tongue out at him and he flips her off as they enter the theater.They find their seats and settle in as the previews end and the movie begins.

"No cus how are they just going to leave me on a cliff-hanger like that."Amara says frustrated. "Like this movie was so amazing it's mind-boggling" she says admiring the movie. "Mind-boggling?" Cee questions. "Mind-boggling. Like Miles being the prowler? And Uncle Aaron is alive. Like what the fuck." she says as they throw away their trash.

"And Canon Events! I feel like I have to go watch every spiderman movie in existence at this point" she says overthinking every detail of the movie as they walk to the front of the theater in which there was pouring rain.Cee starts to take off his jacket to cover him and Mara but Amara just straight up walks into the rain giggling.

"What are you doing Mara!" he whisper shouts out to her surprised at the girl who was now dancing in the rain. "Come dance. Don't be boring!" she shouts out to him as she enjoys the pouring rain. He shakes his hand and joins her reluctantly. "You're mad," he says to her cheesing. "I know," she says as she stares into his milk chocolate eyes.

They stand there for a minute and Cench slowly kisses her as he caresses her wet cheek. She smiles as they continue to kiss and in that moment it seems like there's nobody but them.

Nobody but her and Central Cee.
