Roger split his group up into four groups. Zander, Jacob, Geogie, Malachi, and Yosef was in one group. Zander and his friends have already made a plan to try and find Sierra. As they were huddled going over their plan Malachi pushed Georgie down. She said "Why are you all huddled up. What are you planning?" She slowly raised her pistol at them. Jacob stepped forward and said "We are just talking about if we could trust you." She gazed at him suspiciously. They walked down a flight of stairs to go to the west wing of the abandoned school. The hallway slowly got darker and darker, since most of the lights were out. Malachi raised her gun and she said "Raise your weapons. I have a feeling we'll be attacked here." She kicked a door open and saw a pile of dead students. Georgie recognized one of them. His name was Alex Vixon. She had a crush on him since elementary school. As they kept walking they started hearing screams and guns shooting. They crouched down and slowly went around the corner. Two students, Johannah Drew and Dorian Logan, had killed a group of their classmates. Yosef started scratching his nose and then he sneezed. Malachi jumped out and shot Dorian in the leg and missed Johannah. Johannah shot an arrow and it stabbed into Malachi's shoulder. Yosef then arose and was shot in the neck. Zander then knew they had to attack. Zander threw a knife at her and missed. Georgie stood and shot her rifle. It threw Johannah to the ground, blood quickly surrounded her body. Jacob slid to Malachi. She had already removed the arrow and bandaged the wound. She stood up and shot Dorian in the head as he begged her to let him go.

They kept walking and found a door with the word "Exit" in bright red letters. They tried opening it, but it was blocked from the other side. They thought it was a door to outside because of the windows beside it. 

As they kept moving they heard a girl sobbing. They looked in each room, until they found her. It was Sierra. She had been shot in the arm by a bullet. When the friends reunited they hugged each other, all crying. Malachi raised her gun again to Sierra. Zander screamed "What are you doing?" She never took her eyes off of Sierra. "She will die anyways if I don't kill her now," Malachi said. Sierra reached behind her, while Malachi was distracted, and pulled out a pistol. She aimed it at her and pulled the trigger. Malachi looked  at her chest and saw blood squirting out. She looked at Sierra and then fell to the ground. The friends looked at one another with fear. They all were afraid that Sierra would kill them next.
