"Thanks for covering," My mom smiled as I pulled the bowtie from my uniform.

"This brings back memories," I commented as she rolled her eyes. She left me as she entered the kitchen. She called me if I can waiter for the day since her employer had an urgent doctor appointment. I wondered why she didn't just hire more people.

"Ash?" I heard a familiar voice.

I turned around, and spotted my fiance in the same uniform as me. "She called you too?" I asked while she nodded her head.

This is typical of mom, "I thought you had to still finish your dress," I wondered while I grabbed hold of the notepad as the restaurant  was starting to fill up.

"I couldn't say no to your mom," She sweatdropped while I looked at her. Serena did look attractive in that uniform. Since the uniform has changed, she was wearing a tight black skirt that curved her body perfectly. I was glad to see she was wearing long black socks so she wouldn't expose much skin from the short skirt.

Her shirt was still a button up, just with a black vest design. And, finally her hair was pulled up in a ponytail as her wavy hair bounced.

Serena nugded me as she pointed to a few customers. I groaned while I walked up to a table.

In the past few years, this restaurant has been quite popular in Kalos. My mom was happy when she was getting amazing reviews. I looked over my shoulder, and spotted a table full of men looking at my Serena. She was their waitress. My blood boil as they were looking her down while she was scribbling their orders on the notepad.

When Serena turned around, I heard them whisper. I kindly excused myself from the table I was attending, and went to the table full of men.

"If you guys can not give my fiance those looks and comments, it would be appreciated," I stated with my arms crossed as they began cackling.

"She wouldn't marry someone like you let alone date you," One old guy snarled while I felt a pair of lips on my cheeks.

"Ash, you should be attending that side of the restaurant," She pouted as a smirk crawled up my lips. I nodded as I gave her a kiss on the lips infront of the bastards. I pulled away as Serena flushed, and pulled my hand to the back.

"Ash," She whined as he grabbed her hand, and pulled her inside the storage.

"They were hitting on you without you even realizing," I claimed as Serena raised a brow.

She crossed her arms, "I didn't notice cause I only have eyes for you," She said as she placed her left hand on my cheek.

I mumbled an apology, but then remembered something. "Remember the last time we were here," I smirked as her blue eyes widen.

She turned around, ready to leave the storage room, but I caught her arm and twirled her to me.

We were an inch apart, as my hand was on her waist. "Ash your making me blush," She pouted and looked away.

"We should head back before my mom suspects something," I said as Serena nodded and directed her eyes at my arms. I let go, and followed out of the closest.

My mom happened to be there with her arms crossed, and waiting on an explanation. "We didn't do anything this time," I exclaimed with my hands shot up.

"We just talked," Serena explained as she walked past me to my mom's side. I raised an eyebrow while she told her about my jealousy. My mom laughed as she then grabbed the notepad, and pointed to a few customers.

I looked at the table, and spotted Calem. He spotted me, and then his eyes searched for his cousin. He found her, then crossed his arms. "No wonder you took so long," He accused with a smirk on his lips.

"What will you like to order," I sent a glare to him. His wife was very confused on the situation.

"I would like a plate of Sukiyaki, and Shauna would like Tempura udon noodles," He answered as he looked up from the menu.

Shauna gave me a small smile before taking a sip of her water. I nodded my head as I scribbled the order down. 

I walked back to the kitchen as I handed the order to the young man who was at the counter.

As I waited for their order, I looked around to find my future wife. She was talking to Shauna while Calem looked bored. A smirked tugged on my lips as he deserved that. "Give this order to table two," The man stated as he handed me the tray.

I grabbed it as I walked over to the other side, and placed the plates down. It was the orders of two girls, "Here's your food, enjoy," I stated as I turned around before they can ask for anything more.

I headed over back to the counter as Calem's food was ready. I set down their plates on the tray, and carried it to their table where Serena was still talking to Shauna. "Don't you have to wait tables?" I heard Calem complained as he was upset that his wife wasn't granting him any attention. He noticed my presences, "Ash take your girlfriend away," He asked while I began to set down their plates.

Serena crossed her arms as she glared at her cousin, "You should be nice to me," She stated.

"But you should be working," He exclaimed with a tongue sticking out. I can sense the anger boiling inside of her, so I did what I can do.

I pulled her to the side, and led her to the pastry counter. I returned to Calem soon after, "One of these days, She will kill you, and I won't be able to stop her," I teased the guy as he rolled his eyes.

"To believe the nerve of that child," He said sarcastically since he was older then us by two years.

He kept an eye on her, "It bugs me how she is setting up those pastries," He commented.

I sighed, "Care to correct her?"

He shook his head.
