Blaine groaned as he rolled out of bed, wincing when his back clicked and the sunlight that was flooding through the windows blinded him temporarily.
He ambled down the stairs and entered the kitchen, smiling to himself when he saw his husband humming quietly along to the radio as he cooked breakfast.
Blaine grinned and began singing along, "You might think I'm crazy. All I want is you. Oh, all I want is you."
Kurt spun around and smiled, walking forward to peck Blaine on the lips and hand him a plate of pancakes.
"Pancakes? I thought they went straight to your hips."
"It's Christmas." Kurt shrugged, settling into the chair opposite Blaine with his own plate of pancakes.
"We're going to visit that son of yours today, right?" Kurt pointed a fork at Blaine.
"He's your son too."
"Sometimes I wonder if we're really related at all."
"Mmm, I agree. He doesn't have your impeccable taste in fashion."
"That sort of thing can't be passed down through genetics. You have to work to get to my level of fashion sense."
"Of course." Blaine laughed.

"Kurt, Blaine. Glad you could make it." Sam smiled as she gestured for the couple to enter the living room.
"I didn't think we would." Blaine shook his head, "Kurt had to go through absolutely everything I'd packed before we could leave."
"I had to." Kurt raised and eyebrow, "You could have forgotten something."
"I love how much you trust me."
Sam smiled, "Well, make yourselves at home." before walking back through the door and into the kitchen.
Kurt rolled his eyes and knelt down to greet his grandson, "Hey, Mikey. How you doing, little man?"
"Grandpa!" The boy yelled and leapt into Kurt's lap, wrapping his arms around his neck.
"And how's little Hayley doing, huh?" Blaine grinned as he reached down to pick up the baby girl who was lay in a cot, staring inquisitively up at Blaine.
Kurt glanced up when his son entered the room and Blaine smiled, "I remember when you were this big, Dan."
"Seems like only yesterday." Kurt smiled up from where he was pushing a wooden train around a train track.
"Don't start getting all sappy on me, guys."
"Daddy!" Mikey jumped off of Kurt to run and hug his dad's leg, "Is it snowing yet?"
"I don't know, buddy. Should we go have a look?"
The boy nodded enthusiastically and his dad lifted him up and they left the room.
Kurt chuckled quietly and stood up, stepping over a pile of wrapping paper to wrap his arms around his husband's waist from behind and hook his chin over his shoulder.
Blaine smiled and leaned his head against Kurt's, still watching the little girl in his arms who was staring back.
"She's so small."
"I know." Kurt hummed.
"Ew, dads! Stop with the love fest." Dan groaned as he walked through the door, closely followed by his son who was pushing at his dad's legs to get past.
"It's snowing! It's snowing! Come on, guys. Let's go play!"
"Oh, I don't know if grandpa will want to-"
"Why wouldn't I want to?" Kurt huffed, "Are you saying I'm too old?"
"What? No-"
"Am I too old to play in the snow, Mikey?"
"No! No ones ever too old for Christmas snow!" He grinned.
Blaine placed the little girl down in her crib before turning around to place a hand on the bottom of Kurt's back and walk out of the room to follow his grandson.
"Let's build a snowman!"
"Sure, buddy." Blaine laughed, bending down to start rolling a ball of snow up.
10 minutes later Mikey was bored and had ran off, back into the house.
"So much for playing in the snow." Kurt laughed.
Blaine grinned up at his husband, "We can still build a snowman!"
Kurt rolled his eyes but happily obliged, leaning down to continue rolling up a ball of snow that would be the head.
"Here." Kurt smiled, lifting the giant snowball up and placing it on top of two others.
"Let's go get some things to put on its face." Blaine grinned excitedly, running back into the house.
"Ok, I got a carrot for the nose." Blaine placed the carrot on the snowman as he said this, "Two buttons for it's eyes, a scarf, a hat and some coal for it's mouth."
Kurt shook his head in disbelief before bending down to pick up two sticks which were by his feet, shoving them into the middle ball of snow.
Blaine and Kurt stepped back to admire their snowman, "He looks great."
"He looks very warm." Kurt frowned.
"Guys!" Dan yelled from the house, "Dinner's ready!"
Kurt nodded and grabbed Blaine's hand, pulling him inside and pushing him into the chair beside him once they'd made their way into the kitchen.
