8th December

Jisung woke up first again despite the Soju and the fact that they had gone to bed late.

Normally Changbin was the one who woke up first and took care of breakfast until the two night owls woke up.

Smiling, Jisung slipped out of bed and got dressed. The weather didn't look quite as promising as the morning before, but he still wanted to go for a walk on the beach.

He left his notebook and pillow on the sofa. Today he felt more like walking along the beach.

He put on his headphones, put on his jacket and shoes and ran off.

The sky was covered with gray clouds, but from time to time the sun flashed through the clouds.

Jisung took a deep breath and let the cold sea air flow into his lungs. It felt damn good to be here. As if he were where he should have been a long time ago.

He would have liked to have taken off his shoes and drilled his toes in the sand, but it was really too cold for that.

He made up his mind to ask Chan if they could come back in spring or summer. When it was warm enough to go swimming and walk barefoot along the beach.

Not that it would be easy. In the summer, it was certainly teeming with people here.

But for the moment he decided to enjoy the peace and quiet loneliness.

He wandered across the beach for a while and then decided to go back as the morning before to have breakfast with Chan and Changbin.

Secretly, he hoped that the two had already started preparing breakfast.

But when he came back to the apartment, only Chan was standing in the kitchen.

"Good morning Channie, where is Binnie?"

"Good morning, Baby. He's still asleep. I think he took it a little too far yesterday with the Soju."

The two looked at each other with a grin.

"But I'm about to finish breakfast. Would you like to go upstairs and wake him up?"

"I'll do it."

Smiling, Jisung ran up the stairs after taking off his jacket and shoes.

He quietly opened the bedroom door and then slipped into bed with Changbin.

"Cold!" he complained without opening his eyes.

Jisung made his hands disappear under the duvet, pulled Changbin's T-shirt up a little and put his cold hands on the belly of the elder.

"AAAAAAAAH!"

Desperately, Changbin tried to escape Jisung's grip, but the younger one managed to defend himself and continued to press his cold hands on Changbin's stomach.

"Jisung-ah, please take away your cold hands! I'll do anything you want, but please take them away!"

"Kiss me"

Changbin opened his eyes and stared at the younger. He tried to find out if the younger was serious.

"Fun! Come on, liquor choke, Channie made breakfast. Let's go to him."

And with that he got up and left behind a chattered Changbin.

Grinning, he ran down the stairs and sat down at the table. Chan watched him amused and sat down next to him at the table.

"What did you do to him?"

"I put my cold hands on his stomach. And told him to kiss me if he wants me to stop," he replied laughing.

Chan raised his eyebrows and looked at him in amazement.

"And what would you do if I kissed you?"

"Come here and find out!"

Chan looked at him doubtfully. Not that he hadn't imagined kissing Jisung many times. He even dreamed of it at night. But until now he hadn't had the feeling that the younger one wanted that too.

Uncertainly, he slowly leaned over to Jisung and observed very closely the reactions of the younger.

But he just grinned mischievously and put his hand in Chan's neck.

After all, Chan was so close that he could feel the younger's breath on his lips.

He stayed like this for seconds, thought back and forth whether he should really take this step.

He took a deep breath, closed his eyes and put his lips on Jisung.

He firmly expected that the younger one would push him away, but he only pulled Chan closer to him and returned the kiss.

Chan's lips lay warm and soft on Jisungs. It was a gentle, innocent kiss, but it made that the two were very trapped in their own little world.

Neither of them noticed that Changbin came down the stairs and stared at them horrified. He was so shocked to see Jisung kiss Chan that he didn't pay attention to the steps under his feet.

At the last moment he realized that he wouldn't catch the steps properly and tried to catch himself, but it was too late.

With an outcry he felt down the stairs, hit his head on the stair railing and remained unconscious at the foot of the stairs.

Chan and Jisung, who had startled apart at Changbin's outcry, jumped up horrified and ran to Changbin.

He was still lying unconscious on the floor and blood seeped from a wound on his head.

"Binnie," Jisung whispered in shock and tears ran over his cheeks.

Chan tried to keep a clear head, but tears also ran over his face.

With trembling fingers, he pulled his phone out of his pocket and dialed the emergency number. He knew it wasn't really optimal. But he didn't felt able to drive Changbin to the hospital himself. His hands trembled and thoughts raced back and forth in his head.

Carefully he put two fingers on the younger's neck to see if he still had a pulse. And took a deep breath.

The ambulance arrived a short time later.

Fortunately, they were both allowed to accompany Changbin. Chan was very relieved about it, cause the one who should have stayed in the apartment would probably have gone crazy in concern.

Fortunately, the trip to the hospital didn't take long.

The doctors found that Changbin had a concussion and a few bruises. The wound on the head had to be sewn, but all in all he had been lucky.

After Changbin had been treated, Chan and Jisung were allowed to see him. A nurse took them to Changbin's room.

"It may take some time before he wakes up. And he will have to stay here overnight. The two of them can stay here until six o'clock in the evening, after that they have to go."

After that, she disappeared from the room.

Silently, they sat down at his bed.

He didn't wake up until they had to leave the hospital in the evening.

They also drove back to the apartment in silence by taxi.

There was still breakfast on the table, which had long since become cold. But none of them were hungry.

They took off shoes and jackets, went upstairs and went to bed. Held on to each other while the tears ran down their faces.

"That's our fault!" Jisung whispered in a tear-suffocated voice.

Chan looked at him sadly and thoughtfully.

"Do you regret the kiss..."

Jisung shook his head.

"That's not it... I- I would love to kiss you again... just him too..."

Chan was not sure if he had understood the last words correctly, Jisung's voice had become so quiet at the end of the sentence.

Abruptly he sat down and stared at him.

"You too? You have feelings for both of us?"

Jisung didn't dare to raise his head. He didn't dare to look at Chan. That's why he just nodded.

Although no disgust could be heard in the olders voice, as he had dreamed so many times, he was also not sure what else it was.

Chan looked at the younger stunned for a moment and tried to understand what he had just revealed.

He was frozen for seconds, but then he bent over to Jisung and carefully raised his chin.

"Then we just have to find out if Binnie feels the same way!"

Jisung looked at Chan in surprise and now tried to find out what the elder meant.

"That means you - you also have feelings for me and Binnie?!"

Chan nodded carefully and pulled him to himself and kissed him gently.

"Let's go to sleep, baby! The visiting time starts at eight o'clock and I would like it if we were already there."

Exhausted, Jisung snuggled up to Chan and closed his eyes. He had not thought that the day would end like this and very much hoped that they could clear up the misunderstanding with Changbin. He didn't want to lose him. Under no circumstances.

"Hopefully he feels just like that..." he muttered and finally fell asleep.

"Hopefully..."
