Hera arrives at Jess' home and rings the doorbell but gets no reply. Not having a phone to call Jess or knowing her number off head she takes a cab to Jess' office.

"Jess asked me to let you know she had a court case so she had to bring Shakespeare here because it's the safest place she can think of while she's away," Jess' assistant says to which Hera lets out a breath of relief. 

All the way to the office she'd been worried sick about Shakespeare after not finding them at the apartment. The only thing that had kept her moderately calm was the fact that she knew Jess had a court session and suspected Shakespeare was brought to her office.

"She also asked you to wait for her before taking any actions,"The lady replies.

"Do you know when she'll be in?" Hera asks.

"Most likely in four hours,"The assistant replies.

Hera nods and walks to the office. She couldn't wait that long. She had to speak to her brother. 

"May I use the phone inside?" She asks.

"Yes you may," The assistant replies.

Hera thanks her and walks in to the office where Shakespare was now fast asleep on the couch. Hera had woken her up quite early to come over to Jess' so she was catching up on her lost sleep.

Hera walks to the table and picks up the phone dialing the number she knew by heart, as she'd dialed it so much the past few years.

The line rings, she waits for the other party to pick up.

"James Reynolds speaking, how may I help you?"Jamie says once he picks up.

"By explaining to me why Peter says he never got the 2.5million that I know I told you to give back,"Hera says once he picks up.

"Hera?"Jamie says slightly taken aback by the strange number, the question on Peter and the fact that the voice belonged to his sister.

"Yes, Jamie why does Peter claim he hasn't gotten the money? I remember specifically asking you to have it sent back prior to Shkespare's birth,"Hera replies.

James goes silent.

"Jamie?"Hera asks anxiously.

"I didn't give it back," He replies.

"What?"Hera asks believing she'd misheard. 

"I said I didn't send it," Jamie replies.

Hera was speechless. 

When Peter had told her she'd assumed he was lying but then after thinking it through she'd decided that if he wasn't lying, Jamie had mistakenly sent it to the wrong party. Never once had she thought he never sent it. He was her brother, someone she'd trusted more than anyone else someone that knew more than anyone what not sending the funds meant. Yet he didn't send it?

"How could you?"She asks angrily feeling betrayed. 

"I trusted you!"She accuses causing the sleeping Shakespeare to squirm in her sleep.

Hera takes off the handle and walks into the toilet shutting the door behind her.

"I didn't have a choice,"Jamie says.

"Yes you didn't because the only option was to send it, where is it? What did you do with it? Please don't tell me you spent it,"Hera says scared.

"I did,"

"Are you insane?!"Hera asks flabbergasted.

"It was the only way to save you,"Jamie says throwing her off.

"What the hell are you talking about?"Hera asks confused.

"When you had the complications with your pregnancy and you needed surgery. You were unconscious and they wouldn't treat you without getting payment first. When Keith called hysterical because he couldn't get the funds the only means was the Blacks money. The money was in my hands as I was going to send it to the Blacks that day to cut off every relation between your kids and them but knowing my sister would die...I wasn't thinking straight and sent the funds to Keith from Peters money,"Jamie says.

"And the rest? The hospital funds couldn't have cost the whole 2.5 million,"She says her anger lessened.

"I used part of it to pay for other treatments for Shakespeare, the funeral and you. She's their daughter, I figured it made sense for them to pay...I know Hera it was stupid of me and I've been working my butt off to get the whole amount back and pay them back,"

"But you haven't,"Hera says sadly.

She wanted to be mad but couldn't, she understood why he had to make the decision he did.

"Jamie what do I do? I have to pay them back as soon as possible I can't have them thinking I'm a thief,"Hera says frustrated.

"You can ask..."

"No,"Hera quickly says.

"Hera,"Jamie says.

"No,"Hera replies strongly. She already owed that person too much. She couldn't take more.

        Meanwhile in Lexis' mums house. After discussing some details with Maeve, and making some calls Lexis had returned the painting "Our Story" to the wall covering the painting. He was currently in Shakespeare's room taking samples of Shakespeare's hair from her brush and her toothbrush with his gloved hands.

"Found it,"Maeve says walking into the room waving a passport in the air.

"Whose?"Lexis asks not looking up.

"Hera's, I changed the position of Shakespeare's so she thinks she changed the position or Shakespeare did when she searches for it," She explains.

Lexis nods placing the samples of Shakespeare's hair from her brush and her toothbrush in a bag. He removes the gloves he'd worn to avoid spoiling the sample and throws it in the trash, Maeve takes the trash out.

"Have you really decided? You won't talk to her first?" Maeve asks walking out with him upon returning from throwing out the trash.

"Talk to her?"

"Ask her all you want to, there's obviously a lot you both need to talk about. Questions that need to be answered. Not just her, your entire family,"Maeve says.

"If you ask a group of certified liars a question what will you get for an answer?"Lexis asks.

"Lies?"Maeve replies.

"Exactly,"Lexis replies dusting his hands and walking away.

They head out of the house shutting it behind them.

Maeve to the hospital, Lexis to a meeting for Mixx' opening ceremony that was to occur in two days. 

          After his meeting he heads out to the car where Maeve is waiting. She opens the car door for him and he gets in. She gets into the drivers seat having sent the driver off with her car.

"The test results should be out tomorrow. Thanks to Doctor Wren we were able to get it prioritized,"She states.

"And the documents on my health?" Lexis asks.

Maeve gets a documents from the seat beside her and passes it over to him before driving off.

"We still need an affidavit from a psychologist to cancel the durable power of attorney without future issues,"Maeve says.

"That's easy," Lexis says taking out his phone and dialing a number.

"Lexis," Reid says picking up.

"It's time you paid for your sins," Lexis replies.

In most hospitals in Nigeria you don't get treated unless you pay for treatment first.
