The following is an interview of Subject 115 (in correlation with HC-058) conducted by Agent [REDACTED].

Agent [REDACTED]: Hello, Miss [REDACTED].

[Subject 115 nods her head, doesn't make eye contact; fidgeting with her hair]

Agent [REDACTED]: We brought you in for questioning regarding HC-058---I mean, your twin, you turned in three weeks ago.

[Subject 115 doesn't respond]

Agent [REDACTED]: It's okay, take your time.

[Subject 115 nods her head]

Subject 115: If you're going to ask me what it did, I wouldn't answer.

Agent [REDACTED]: No, I will not question you regarding your twin's doing. She already confessed two days ago.

Subject 115: [Raises her head] You're able to make her talk?

Agent [REDACTED]: Why is that interesting to you? Has she never talked to you before?

Subject 115: It's just... it's unusual for it to talk to other people.

Agent [REDACTED]: So, you're saying she's reluctant to talk to other people before she is contained here?

Subject 115: Reluctant is not the word I'd choose for it.

Agent [REDACTED]: Tell me, Miss [REDACTED], why do you refer to her as "it"?

[Subject 115 doesn't respond]

Agent [REDACTED]: [Sounds of paper] Our scientists have conducted several tests on your twin, including a DNA test. It shows right here [Agent gives Subject 115 a document] that she is a female and a human. And---

Subject 115: A DNA... test?

Agent [REDACTED]: Yes, a DNA test.

Subject 115: You brought me here not for questioning. This is a test, isn't it?

Agent [REDACTED]: What makes you say so?

Subject 115: You did a DNA test on it. The results will show you that it is me. Your... facility is interested in things like that. You assume it's my twin, but the DNA test says otherwise. Either you think I'm it and it's me or you think there's a mutation or some shit.

Agent [REDACTED]: Hm, I see. So you're saying she's not your twin?

[Subject 115 shakes her head]

Agent [REDACTED]: What do you think is she?

Subject 115: Why... do you ask that question?

Agent [REDACTED]: It appears as if you've already gone through a DNA test on her because you didn't know what she was as well. That's why you stated that the DNA test we conducted will show us that she is you.

Subject 115: ... Am I mistaken? That the result show it is me?

Agent [REDACTED]: No, no you're not.

[Subject 115 doesn't respond]

Agent [REDACTED]: Are you okay?

[Heavy breathing]

Agent [REDACTED]: Miss [REDACTED], are you okay? Are you going to be able to continue this interview?

Subject 115: [inaudible]

Agent [REDACTED]: I'm sorry?

Subject 115: [inaudible]

Agent [REDACTED]: Miss [REDACTED], I need you to speak louder, please. I can hardly hear you.

Subject 115: I am NOT it!

Agent [REDACTED]: Okay. Calm down, Miss [REDACTED]. Nobody---

Subject 115: [sobbing] I'm not it, I'm not it, I'm not it, I'm not it, I'm not it, I'm not it---

Agent [REDACTED]: [talking over Subject 115] Miss [REDACTED], please stay calm.

Interviewer's note: Subject 115 is wary of the facility's surroundings. She displays her anxiousness and doesn't make proper eye contact. Upon mentioning HC-058's DNA test result, Subject 115 went to a full mental breakdown. She cried for approximately four hours and rambled about how she was the "human one" before calming down and later being taken out of the facility.

She didn't correct me when I addressed HC-058 as her twin at first but later denied the said statement after I showed her the test results. This behavior is considered suspicious and will be investigated in later interviews if necessary.

The following is an interview of HC-058 conducted by Agent [REDACTED].

Agent [REDACTED]: Hello, HC-058.

HC-058: I have told you, your team, your researchers, and even your scientists of my name. Why don't you call me by my name?

Agent [REDACTED]: [REDACTED], is it?

[HC-058 nodded its head]

Agent [REDACTED]: We've come in contact with your, uh... sister, a couple of days ago. She introduced herself as [REDACTED] as well. How is it you and your sister have the same name?

HC-058: I'm an only child, I have no sister.

Agent [REDACTED]: If that's the case, could you tell me who Ms. [REDACTED] is?

HC-058: She's... me.

Agent [REDACTED]: What does that mean?

HC-058: I'll try to explain it to you but I can't promise it'll make sense.

Agent [REDACTED]: Of course.

HC-058: She is me and I am her. We're as much as that. I've come to life because she gives me life; she holds and believes in me dearly. Almost like I'm a belief and she's my faithful saint.

HC-058: I don't know how it happens, but one day, I can just come out and greet her. I thought if I came out, she would be happier than she was that day.

HC-058: I'm her but I'm not entirely her. I have her memories but I don't relate to her as I am an entity in which she possessed as a feeling once.

Agent [REDACTED]: What do you mean?

HC-058: I'm her misery. I'm what she calls "depression." Once I got out of her, when I saw the light from the opening, I thought she'd be happy since I got out. She's not supposed to still feel me.

Agent [REDACTED]: ... Is that why you killed her parents and boyfriend?

HC-058: I told you I didn't; she did.

Agent [REDACTED]: But the knife and blood were on your hands that day. How is it you didn't kill them?

HC-058: She wanted to die with them. She wanted to kill them and then kill herself. She wanted them gone because she didn't want them to live and be able to pity her when she killed herself.

HC-058: The only solution was to... kill them. They won't pity her and she will die last; just like she wanted to die with them. Everything I do is what she desires when she doesn't dare to commit.

Agent [REDACTED]: I see. So, you're not... human?

HC-058: I'm every bit as a mortal as you are, but I agree, I can't call myself a human since I was made out of [REDACTED]'s misery.

Agent [REDACTED]: And you said you don't know how you came out of her?

HC-058: Yes.

Agent [REDACTED]: What else can you tell me about this fact? That you're her... misery, walking about?

HC-058: You have impulsive thoughts. Don't you, Mr. [REDACTED]?

[Agent [REDACTED] nodded his head]

HC-058: I'm that. I'm the reason for her misery; I'm her negativity. Negativity could lead you to several bad experiences and choices. I was controlled by her morales. But now that I'm loose, I can do whatever it is she always thinks about.

HC-058: Hence giving her misery; pain; depression. What I'm doing is what she's thinking. I can do whatever it is that I need to do without guilt flooding my head.

Agent [REDACTED]: Because she's the mind?

HC-058: [nods] And I'm the action.

Appendix A-099
Agent [REDACTED] had conducted two (2) separate interviews with HC-058 and HC-058-A (previously referred to as Subject 115). From these interviews, he gained information as mentioned below:

1. HC-058 and HC-058-A are connected mentally. The actions of HC-058 are a thought HC-058-A once had. Personnel in the facility are encouraged to keep HC-058-A from harmful thoughts. Per [REDACTED], HC-058-A is to be provided with entertainment of her choice and a meeting with a psychologist.

2. HC-058 and HC-058-A are the same person, although HC-058 claimed she is an entity of HC-058-A's negativity. HC-058-A displays distrust and hatred toward HC-058, while HC-058 displays a keen compassion toward HC-058-A.

3. HC-058-A is very sensitive to HC-058. No contact should be made between the two HCs.

4. How HC-058 separated herself from HC-058-A remains unknown. Future examinations will be conducted.

Appendix A-100
Research Result

HC-058 and HC-058-A are put in different containment rooms in different Sites.

Visual display units in each containment room were provided so research personnel could monitor the other subjects in real time.

HC-058 showed hurt when HC-058-A's hand was sliced with a pocket knife by an F-class personnel. HC-058 began to attack any personnel in sight while HC-058-A broke down right when the attack happened.

HC-058-A confessed she feels miserable, ashamed, and convicted upon the deaths of the five personnel HC-058 murdered out of anger despite the fact that she was unable to witness the incident.
