Vegas Wedding
As the neon lights of Las Vegas started to shimmer, Chloe decided to call Serena and Maya to join her and Landon at a club. Serena agreed, though Maya chose to spend the night with Alex. The night was young and full of possibilities, and while Chloe and Landon were ready for a wild night out, Maya opted for a quieter evening.
Maya and Alex settled into a cozy evening at his place. Alex had just finished his shift, and he was in high spirits. The two of them made dinner together, and afterwards, they curled up on the couch to watch a movie. As they enjoyed their time together, Alex's warm, comforting presence made Maya feel at ease.
"You know," Maya said, snuggling closer to Alex, "this is nice. I'm glad we had some time to ourselves tonight. It feels like we haven't had a quiet moment in ages."
Alex smiled, his arm wrapped around her. "I'm glad too. I needed this. It's been a hectic week, and I love having you here with me."
They spent the night laughing, talking, and enjoying each other's company, completely unaware of the chaos unfolding at the club.
Meanwhile, Chloe, Landon, and Serena arrived at the club. The night was filled with loud music, flashing lights, and a crowd ready to party. Rex was already there, DJing and spinning tunes that kept everyone on the dance floor. Chloe and Landon dove into the festivities, their excitement growing with every drink. Serena joined in, but she was more focused on capturing the night on her phone.
As the drinks flowed, Chloe and Landon's inhibitions fell away. They danced wildly, their laughter mingling with the beats. In their inebriated state, they decided that getting married would be the perfect way to cap off the night. They found a local wedding chapel that catered to spontaneous weddings, and with Serena as a witness and a random, equally drunk person as the second witness, they exchanged vows.
The ceremony was a blur of giggles, slurred words, and hastily chosen rings. Serena, with her phone in hand, recorded the entire event, capturing the laughter, the chaos, and the sheer absurdity of the moment. Chloe wore a wedding dress she'd impulsively bought from a costume shop and Landon had managed to snag a suit from a thrift store.
In the early hours of the morning, after a night of wild partying, Chloe and Landon stumbled into his apartment. The alcohol had taken its toll, and they collapsed into bed. Chloe, still in her wedding dress, and Landon, still in his suit, looked around the room in confusion.
"Did we really get married?" Chloe asked, rubbing her eyes and staring at her wedding ring.
"I think we did," Landon replied, his voice filled with disbelief. He glanced at the ring on his finger. "I don't even know if we should laugh or cry about this."
Chloe's phone buzzed with a message from Serena: "Hey! Just saw the photos and videos from last night. You two are married? This is wild. I'm heading to Rex's DJ practice now. See you later?"
Chloe scrolled through the photos Serena had sent. There were shots of her in the wedding dress, Landon in the suit, and the random drunk witnesses. Chloe sighed and looked at Landon. "Well, looks like we've got some explaining to do."
Meanwhile, Serena and Rex were at his DJ practice. Serena had changed into a new outfit Rex bought for her, feeling much better about herself . As she arrived, she showed Rex the videos and photos from Chloe and Landon's wedding.
"What? When did that happen?" Rex asked, looking at the footage in shock.
Serena laughed, shaking her head. "Last night at the club. Chloe and Landon got completely hammered and decided to get married. I was a witness, and so was some random guy we found. It was all pretty crazy."
Rex couldn't help but laugh. "Only Chloe would get married in Vegas like that. But hey, it's a story for the ages."
Back at Alex's place, Maya was still enjoying a quiet evening. When she saw the photos and videos Serena had sent, her eyes widened.
To Maya, Serena texted: "Hey, Maya. Chloe and Landon got married last night. It was insane. I was a witness, and so was some random guy we found. I'm heading to Rex's practice. What's up with you?"
Maya, still at Alex's place, saw Serena's message and texted back, her tone a mix of shock and frustration. "Serena, how could you let this happen? Chloe getting married in Vegas? I'm not sure if I should laugh or cry. The one night I don't go out with you guys, and this happens."
Serena replied quickly: "It was all so spontaneous. Chloe and Landon got so caught up in the moment. Vegas just has that effect on people. But hey, it's a story for the ages, right?"
Maya shook her head, a smile tugging at her lips despite her frustration. "Of course, if anyone was going to get married in Vegas, it'd be Chloe. Only she could pull something like this off."
