{4. Fox}

Waiting for the silver-haired girl to bring his coffee, Fox ran a hand through his messy hair. Having to spend a whole day with his father, his principle and his dean really exhausted the boy.  When the barista allowed him to sit, Fox was surprised that she had allowed him. The girl placed the coffee in front of him, while sitting across him.

"I'm going to need a reason if my boss asks why were you here?" The girl asked. Looking at her username turned out to be fruitless. She was one of those people who kept their name as anon meaning anonymous.

"Just say that Fox came in," he smirked, despite being tired, "I'm sure they'll let me stay."

The girl stared at Fox's face with an eyebrow raised, "who?"

Dumbstruck, Fox squinted at the girl's name tag: Cyra, "well Cyra, I'm the son of Calix Richards."

Her eyes widened in recognition, "woah! That huge tech tycoon! That's so cool! Do you get discounts everywhere? Do you get the latest tech before anyone? Do you..."

The boy smiled at the girl's happy expression and her truckload of questions. Usually, girls threw themselves at him because of his father, but this girl was different. She remained far away from him, making sure they don't touch and asked him questions that didn't revolve around what's your number? Or are you single? One he finished his drink, he took out his wallet to pay.

"Oh no, you don't have to pay. It's on the house," she stopped, "if you pay then it will be registered in the system and I'll have to explain it to my boss. I really don't want that kind of headache."

The day of the seminar rolled around and Fox had no intention of going. Unfortunately, his Dean pushed him into the smart car, before he could protest. Grumbling, the car took him home. Awaiting at the front door was a short, measly man, with a rather weird mustache.

Approaching the man, he noticed how his eyes flickered from left to right, trying to see if anyone is watching him.

Fox cleared his throat. The man jumped and whipped around, "o-oh. Are you...you Foxwell Richards?"

The boy nodded, causing relief to fill in the strange man's eyes, "m-my name is James. I'll be your chauffeur."

James? That sounded like the names Fox read in his tech history book.

The stumpy man wobbled down the stairs and ran to the black smart car in front of Fox's house. Heading back into the Richard's Manor, he got his suitcase, pressing the 'follow me' button and walked towards the car, the suitcase following suite. He sat inside the car, which lurched forwards, taking them to the airport.

The car stopped in front of the airport and the man jumped out of the car, running to open Fox's door. He stepped out and a familiar sight caught his attention.

"Cyra!" He called out to the silver-haired barista.

She ignored his call. Confused, he ran up to her, tapping in her shoulder, "hey? Cyra!"

She whipped around, nearly whacking Fox in the face, holding her fists out, ready to beat the crap out of him. She stared at his face for a second, before her eyes widened, "oh my gosh! I am so sorry! I didn't mean to- I thought you were someone else..." She rambled.

Taking a deep breath, she asked, "how come you're here?"

He explained that he was going to a seminar and quickly learnt that she was going to the same seminar. The small man called Fox to give his biometric scans. Bidding farewell to Cyra, Fox followed James into the airport, going to the security desks, placing his finger on the pad and looking directly at an retina scanner. After a few seconds of processing, the machine cleared him, sending an online ticket to his iLens.

Congratulations! You've received 250 points for travelling in first class again! Have a safe flight!

Dismissing the message, Fox made his way to the first class waiting area. Stopping on the way, he bought two coffees for himself. Entering the lounge, he saw Cyra again. Sitting next to her, he handed her one of his coffees.

They sat there, talking for sometime. He noticed that Cyra kept moving backwards, every time he moved. Ignoring the thought, he continued to get to know the girl. She didn't tell him much about herself, other than she had one sister and her parents died recently.

After a while, the PA announced that their flight is boarding. He stood up, extending out his hand to help Cyra up.

A/N:

So just to inform all of you because someone asked if Cyra is America. Cyra is her name for her disguise. Yes she is a great hacker so she can change her name. Her biometrics are the same but she changes the saved biometric scans in the database, so every time she changes herself, the finger prints and eye scans are new and unused.
