Just walked through the laundry room on my way to the garage when I stepped in a big puddle of water on the floor.  I might not have noticed it except I was in my socks and it became apparent very quickly that they were getting soaking wet.  We had a leak in one of the pipes for the washing machine about a year or so ago so my first thought was maybe it was that, but that only happened when the washer was actually running, which in this case it was not.  What's more I'm pretty sure I can hear a constant dripping sound.

I think the leak is coming from the water heater, which isn't good.  Those things are expensive as hell to replace.  I guess I'm going to have to get a plumber or something over here to figure this out.  Man, I did not need this.
