I was reading a book recently and there was some sort of gruesome death scene and they described it as something they wouldn't even wish on a dog.  I've heard this phrase before and I want to know what kind of sick people are wishing horrible deaths upon dogs?  Why the hell is this a common part of the vernacular?  Let me be the first to say if you're wishing awful things to happen to dogs, you suck.  

Let's make this saying obsolete.  I propose we change it to I wouldn't even wish that on a politician.
