So I'm going to keep this short because I have to go see a doctor today and I'm a little bit nervous about it.  Also it's on the other side of town so it's going to take me a while to get there.  I've avoided going to the doctor for a long time, but I'm not exactly a spring chicken anymore and at a recent physical I had to do for work they said there were a couple areas of concern and that I pretty much had to go see a doctor.  So I'm walking in with a little trepidation because I've already been told there's something to be concerned about.  Overall I feel pretty healthy though, so hopefully I won't get any really bad news.  I'm sure I'll be told I need to eat better and exercise more, which I've actually been trying to do already on my own lately.  Anyway, here's hoping for the best.

It would be funny if a kind of messed up way if this ended up being my last entry...
