Kiiruma: Armor
(A/N); This takes place during the killing game after the second trial of V3.
Also, I have a head canon that Kiibo's outer robot looking layer is removable and basically serves to give his inner workings extra protection. I mention it because it is used in the story.
I toned down Miu's language a bit, but she's still Miu, if you know what I mean.
Warnings: Vulgar language, suggestive topics and actions, self negativity, Danganronpa V3 spoilers
Kiibo's armor was supposed to be waterproof, but considering the fact that he was literally thrown to break open a tank full of piranhas, his armor was already a little damaged and the inner parts of his armor's circuitry were highly delicate before such an impact.
The trial had ended and after Kokichi's drop of Maki's true ultimate talent, everyone went off to their dorms. The day had been exhausting enough before such a reveal.
Kiibo was self aware enough to feel that his armor was stiffer than usual, making it a little harder than it normally was for him to move, but perhaps it was just his battery running low, so he didn't think too much of it.
As Kiibo entered his dorm, he made sure to lock the door before he walked towards his bed. Why do I even have a bed in the first place? I can sit while I'm charging, so why give me an entire bed instead of a chair? He shook off the thought, sighing softly as he looked down at himself. After his usual few seconds of hesitation, he opened his armor and stepped out of the suit.
Kiibo didn't like being without his armor. He was fairly vulnerable without it, almost like a real human. He could easily be harmed in this state and he was well aware of such, which is why he always kept his armor on with people.
He internally hoped that his armor wasn't malfunctioning and that he was just being overly sensitive. He really didn't want to have to attempt to repair it on his own or, Atua forbid, discard it entirely.
He sat on his bed and plugged himself into his charging station, powering himself off for the night.

Kiibo knew there was definitely something wrong with his armor after he sealed himself in the suit of armor the next morning.
Not only did it seem less easily movable than the previous day, but it also felt warmer than usual, which made the robot a tad worried that he'd overheat if he did nothing about his current predicament.
He thought for a moment of Miu, the Ultimate Inventor. Her assistance would be almost certainly beneficial, but his classmates were already so much more talented and above him. He didn't want them to look down on him more than they already most likely did.
Especially not Miu. Kiibo admired her a considerable amount more than he admired the others. He wasn't entirely sure why. Maybe it was because her talent was relevant to him? Yes, that was probably it... and she was great to spend time with... and she was very pretty... and- you get the point.
Opinions aside, Kiibo was the Ultimate Robot. He couldn't appear weak just because of a small flaw in his system. Such a predicament would render him almost laughable.
So, Kiibo decided to act like nothing was wrong. He headed to breakfast, as usual, even though he couldn't eat anything. Missing attendance would likely be considered impolite, which Kiibo refused to be unless robophobia was involved.
"YO PEASANTS! KIIBOI'S IN THE HOUSE!" Kokichi screeched as Kiibo entered the dining hall, making everyone's eyes glue onto the now overwhelmed robot.
"U-um... good morning?" Kiibo waved uncertainly.
Shuichi offered a meek wave back, but everyone else just scoffed at Kokichi or turned their attention back to their food.
Kiibo bit his lip, a little offended by the lack of response, and settled himself in the corner, trying not to look too uncomfortable, even in his armor's growing temperature.
In his distracted state, he didn't notice a certain strawberry blonde approaching him (quite loudly).
"OI! You're more distracted than usual! You must be checking me out, huh?!" The inventor cackled, putting her hands on her hips. "Not that I blame you! I'm a legit snack!"
Kiibo couldn't help but blush, even though he was quite used to Miu's... ways of speaking by now. "N-NO! I can assure you that I wasn-"
"AHAHAHAHA! Sure you weren't!" Miu said, admiring herself for a good thirty seconds before continuing. "Anyways, since I'm such a good inventor, I have a proposition for you!"
Kiibo stared at her confusedly. "Which is..."
"I wanna upgrade you!" She declared excitedly.
"U-upgrade me?" Am I truly that disappointing? He wondered sadly.
"Yeah! Gives me a way to flex my sweet skills and you get awesome, new functions!"
If it makes her happy... and maybe I'd even be a bit more appreciated if I had more 'outlandish' functions. I really don't want the professor's work to be tampered with much, but... "I mean... if you wish, than I suppose..."
Miu's eyes widened, her long eyelashes accentuating her almost comical expression. She obviously wasn't expecting such a quick answer. But, in normal Miu fashion, she quickly recovered with a booming laugh. "Of course you agreed! I am an amazing genius, after all!"
Kiibo sighed softly as he nodded to show that he fully comprehend his response.
Without further warning, Miu took the Ultimate Robot by the arm and dragged him to her lab.

"BEHOLD! MY SWEET LAB!"
... She knows I've seen it before, doesn't she? "Um... it's quite nice, Iruma-san..."
Miu flashed him her signature grin. "It really suits a goddess like myself, doesn't it?! Now go sit on the table over there while I get my stuff!" She pointed to the metal table where Kiibo was supposed to go, so he sped over to his assigned spot and sat himself down.
Kiibo slowly sat on the metal surface, closing his eyes, so that he could put more attention to his internal analysis.
Walking over to the table took an illogical amount of effort; I don't think I could have made it to this lab by myself if I hadn't been dragged here. The temperature of my armor is getting to a concerning levels. If I do nothing, my inner workings may begin to malfunction. Hopefully Iruma-san's upgrades won't require any system checks, otherwise she'll be able to deduce that something is wrong straight away.
His eyes snapped open as he detected something... soft leaned up against his back.
"Mm, yeah. Your body feels so amazing... such a well crafted and toned form... so hard..." Miu said in a sultry tone.
"W-WHA-IRUMA-SAN?!" He screeched, his face lighting up with embarrassment. He quickly realized what the two soft things leaning on him were Miu's...
She smiled at his reaction, her gentle touch not leaving his armor. "But I gotta say... we're you always this hot? I mean, if you were a human, you'd be super wet right now..." (A/N: Writing this was a struggle 😅)
"W-well, my body p-produces heat from my systems functioning, s-so..." Kiibo still hadn't recovered from Miu's actions, especially considering that she was still stroking his back.
"Well, duh, but you're practically boiling..." She stood up, walking right in front of him.
"Iruma-sa-" The Ultimate Inventor pushed Kiibo against the table and began fiddling with the controls on his chest.
Kiibo let out an extremely (not) manly scream at the unexpected touch.
"I think there's something wrong with your syste-" Her hand brushed against a camouflaged button.
Kiibo gasped as Miu was knocked off his chest as his armor opened.
The inventor's eyes widened as she stared at the robot with an emotion that Kiibo couldn't quite place. "W-What... THE F-"
"I'm terribly sorry, Iruma-san! I didn't mean to knock you over like that!" He yelped, standing and swiftly helping her up.
Miu blinked, too surprised to say anything.
"I-Iru-"
"You're even shorter than the gremlin now. I could totally mount you, if you're into that." She said with a smirk. "I'm down for any position.~"
"A-ah!" He had forgotten that he was several inches shorter without his armor. "IRUMA-SAN!"
Besides her initial shock, she seemed relatively unfazed at the reveal of Kiibo's secret. "I gotta say... I wasn't expecting the outer shell."
Kiibo blushed in embarrassment. "My armor protects my otherwise fragile body..."
Her face lit up in understanding. "OH! I get it! You didn't tell anyone 'cuz you're scared, right?"
"Eh..." As much as he wanted to deny it, Miu wasn't wrong.
She shrugged, sitting him back on the table as she began to examine his arms.
Kiibo couldn't help but squirm and blush at her continued actions. He could feel her warm hands so much more than he was used to now that he was without his usual outer layer.
After she had internally confirmed that the problem was Kiibo's armor and not his internal workings, she dragged his armor away, so that she could work on it and continue to watch the robot at the same time.
After a few minutes of silence (save for the occasional erotic comment from Miu), the inventor spoke once again. "Y'know... everybody has armor, right?"
Kiibo frowned in confusion. "Forgive me, but I don't believe that humans wear armor on a regular basis unless-"
"Not physical armor, you doofus virgin." Miu rolled her eyes. "I'm not talking in a strictly literal sense."
Kiibo frowned in confusion. "I... don't believe I understand."
"I'm talking 'bout sh*t like gremlin punk's lying or the luminary idiot's boundless optimism..." She hesitated before continuing. "or my bloated ego."
Kiibo didn't notice that his mouth fell open until Miu got in his face and shut it for him. He wasn't expecting her to admit anything about herself, especially not anything so personal.
Miu sighed loudly, effectively breaking the quiet. "What I'm trying to say is that you're not weak or anything just because you feel the need to protect yourself. It's a normal thing to do. It's... human."
"Miu..." He gasped, slapping a hand over his mouth. "I-I meant to say your last name! My apologies for being so informal!"
Miu blushed, giving him a wide grin. "Oh, we're on that relationship level, huh? Then, how 'bout we do some f-"
"M-MIU!"
