The criteria against which an entry will be evaluated will be the same, regardless of genre or which Phase of the contest we are in.

Judging criteria is as follows:

1. Grammar & Vocabulary - 25 points

2. Plot Development - 20 points

3. Character Development - 20 points

4. Hook/Reader Interest (Including Story Pacing) - 20 points

5. Blurb (Evaluating Whether the Blurb is Well-Written and Catchy) - 10 points

6. Cover Art - 5 points
