With so many contests around, what makes this one worthwhile?  Great question!

The contest will consist of two phases: Genre Phase & Winner's Circle Phase.

Everyone enters at the Genre Phase in their respective genre writing submissions, and then the top scored winning selection from each genre will be submitted to a Winner's Circle judging round.  The Winner's circle will have a Gold Medalist winner, Silver Medalist winner, Bronze Medalist winner, and Honorable Mention winner.

Winner's Circle Gold Medalist will receive:

1. Gold Medal sticker for the overall award, which you can add to your book

2. Book posted to a recommended reading list to the public

3. Full chapter in this award book dedicated to your winning entry

4. Interview (to be posted in your chapter) recognizing your background, motivation, and to add publicity to your story.

5. Bragging rights

Winner's Circle Silver Medalist will receive:

1. Silver Medal sticker for the overall award, which you can add to your book

2. Book posted to a recommended reading list to the public

3. Full chapter in this award book dedicated to your winning entry

4. Interview (to be posted in your chapter) recognizing your background, motivation, and to add publicity to your story.

5. Bragging rights

Winner's Circle Bronze Medalist will receive:

1. Bronze Medal sticker for the overall award, which you can add to your book

2. Book posted to a recommended reading list to the public

Winner's Circle Honorable Mention will receive:

1. Honorable Mention sticker for the overall award, which you can add to your book

1. Judge and Participant Entry: August 15 - September 30

2. Judging: October 1 - October 15

3. Genre Winners Notification and Highlights Chapter Publication: October 16

4. Winner's Circle Judging: October 17 - 23

5. Winner's Circle Winner Notifications & Private Interview Compilation Period: October 24 - 30

6.Overall Winner Announcements: October 31 

7. Judge Feedback Distribution: November 1 - 7
