Jungkook had just gone to a local park after his business meeting in Daegu. He wanted to enjoy the autumn breeze like the ones he enjoyed with the one he loved and missed so dearly.

Jungkook was reminiscing the old days when he spots someone familiar. He doesn't know for sure if its him but Jungkook follows him just because of the boy's body language.

Jungkook's heart picks up pace when he sees a man walking closer to the boy with a baby. The boy takes the baby and pulls down his mask to kiss the baby and hug the man and Jungkook's heart breaks

"J-Jimin..."

Jungkook is rich and because of this he didn't care about studying or life in general. His life was set because of his rich dad so why not just enjoy life? - that was Jungkook's thought. It's not that Jungkook caused trouble or failed, Jungkook was naturally gifted but he took things for granted and didn't work a day in his life.

Jimin is Jungkook's junior in college. They met when Jungkook's friend Yoongi wanted to date Jimin's bestie Taehyung. Jungkook has had a couple of casual flings here and there, never a serious relationship but ever since he saw his friends having a steady relationship and having met Jimin, Jungkook also wanted that special someone in his life

Jungkook and Jimin started hanging out as a friend group and then the two were left behind when the couples in their group wanted their alone time - this led to them slowly developing feelings for each other. Jungkook even started showing interest in his dad's office works because he wanted to provide for Jimin and make him proud of him, though the boy wasn't about his money at all. Jimin just guided Jungkook to be more responsible in life

Jungkook's dad was happy about his son's change but when he came to know its because of Jimin and their relationship, Mr Jeon had asked Jimin to break up with Jungkook but Jimin politely refused and told him that it was a matter concerning him and Jungkook and noonelse.

Jungkook's dad tried to break their relationship a few more times and then stopped. He found it useless to even try - Jimin and Jungkook, their bond was strong.

Jungkook is upset that he has to go on a 2 week business trip to the US.

"It's okay baby... we can FaceTime..."

"It's not the same..." Jungkook pouts

Jimin giggles "....but it's a good development... your dad is trusting you with important matters..."

"I'm gonna miss you so bad..." Jungkook says back hugging the boy tightly

Jungkook was drunk- the two had been drinking at Jimin's place

"Babe... you are drunk... maybe you should just sleep..."

"You don't want this?" Jimin can hear the sadness in Jungkook's voice. The man's hands were roaming his body and it send tickles down Jimin's spine ".... but I want to do this..." Jungkook says in his husky voice as he licks Jimin's ear

If you say it like that how can I refuse

Jimin turns around and kisses the man

Then Jungkook went on a month trip to USA and on coming back he broke up with Jimin and said he had a fiancée.

Jimin was excited to tell the man about his pregnancy. His heart broke when Jungkook gave him a surprise instead

"I know we didn't talk for over 2 weeks but our love isn't so weak for you to just fall out of love... its your dad isn't it?" Jimin is crying "....please don't hurt me like this .."

"If you ever loved me Jimin.. please trust me...and let me go....for now...."

He was scared that his dad would hurt Jimin because of him. He could care less about his inheritance or a place in the company

Jimin's dad had an accident at work and had fractured his leg - Jungkook's dad did that and threatened it would be Jimin next and that Jimin's job would be at sake. Jimin had worked so hard to get into his dream company and dream department- Jungkook's couldn't take that away not when he wasn't capable of taking care of Jimin himself. When Jimin stopped him, he was about to say the truth but he saw the red laser dot on Jimin's chest - a reminder that his dad's men were following him

The next day Jimin sees news of Jungkook's engagement

Jimin moves to Daegu with Taehyung. Taehyung doesn't even tell Yoongi because he doesn't want Jungkook to know.

It's been more than a year since Jungkook last saw Jimin. He had been begging Yoongi and Taehyung for a long time to get Jimin's information but they didn't give it up - Jungkook couldn't actively search for the boy since he didn't want his dad to find out. Jungkook wasn't working in his dad's company for over 6 months now, he had moved out of his dad's home and company a few months after his break up with Jimin. He had been busy trying to establish a name for himself to fight for the one he loves

Jungkook goes to Jimin and they decide to talk outside Jimin's apartment. The man A/N took Jimin's baby inside

Jungkook tries to make Jimin his again

"I am not engaged anymore..."

"What difference does it make? You left..." Jimin says

"I know... but now I'm capable of standing against my dad and protecting you and your baby..."

"My baby?" Jimin frowns

"Your baby..." Jungkook stills when Jimin looked hurt "...wait... it's our baby isn't it?" Jungkook says with widened eyes

Jimin huffs

"Of course it is! How stupid of me!" Jungkook is smiling as he pulls Jimin into a hug and then he tears up "...I'm sorry sweetheart... I'm sorry for being a weak man and not being able to protect you nor our child..."

Jimin pulls away from the pull to wipe the man's tears

"It's okay... I knew in my heart that you would never betray me... I felt it when you claimed to the media that you would only marry once you have successfully established a name in the business world by yourself..." Jimin holds Jungkook's hand in his own "...I have been waiting patiently for you..."

"Then why did you just disappear?! I wanted to find you and tell you everything but you just left and changed your number..." Jimin could hear the agony behind Jungkook's voice

"I was afraid. I had a feeling you broke up with me for your dad... I was scared he would attack me if he came to know about our child... I know you would find us somehow, even if it was years later... I know you would... but at the time, I just didn't want to risk him finding out about Jungmin...."

"J-Jungmin..." Jungkook wept. It was a name Jungkook suggested for their own kod when they were looking for baby names for Taehyung's child "...I'm sorry you had to go through this alone.... I'm sorry for not being there...."

"We both thought we were doing things which were best for us at the time..." Jimin says, shaking his head "...let's forget the past and move forward...will your dad come after us now?" Jimin asks worried

"He won't... I left his house a while ago... my dad doesn't care anymore... but even if he does retaliate, now I have enough power to retaliate back... I will protect you.... and our Jungmin..."

Jimin smiles nodding before dragging Jungkook along with him inside "Want to see our son? He is sleeping now..."

Jungkook nods excitedly

They enter the room to see A/N patting the boy's back as he slept

"Hey Jiminah... I'm going now... Y/N called me a while back..."

Jimin hugs A/N as he thanked him, making Jungkook glare at them

Jimin flinches at that when he turns around to face Jungkook and then he giggles

"A/N is my cousin brother... don't get any ideas..." Jimin smacks Jungkook's head slightly

Jungkook pouts "Sorry...I can't help it" Jungkook says back hugging the boy as they watch their baby sleep

"Aww look how cute he is... he has plump pouty lips like yours..." Jungkook coos softly

"But he has your bunny smile and doe eyes..." Jimin says turning his head back to look at Jungkook

"I love you so much Jiminah..."

"I love you too Jungkook" Jimin says already feeling himself being pulled into a passionate kiss
