i look at my life this way

i am the way i am

i might not always be what others want

but i do the best i can

yet, there are always those

who feel i could be

better than i am, a better man

a new and different me

well, if those people 

feel that i am just not, 'it'

then perhaps it is time for me

to change the people i 'hang' with
