"I'm already on my way home, baby" Jimin says making Jungkook sigh in relief

It was a pretty quiet walk to the bus stop. Jimin was walking by an alleyway when he heard a gunshot

Flinching, Jimin froze and slowly looked to the side. He could hear a kid cry and his caring side wanted to help so he quietly went to the source of the cry

Jimin saw a man holding a kid with a knife to his neck. The man was panicking as he tried negotiating with another man in front of him. The kid had fainted from fear and the man dropped the child onto the floor to run away but the other man shoots him right through the head

Jimin gasps loudly making the man with the gun turn to face him. Jimin's world stood still as he saw the man's face.

No! It can't be! That's not my banana milk loving, iron man crazy, clingy boyfriend! No!

"J-Jimin..." Jungkook says walking towards him slowly after signaling his men to take care of the mess

That's when Jimin's thoughts gets back to reality

"J-Jungkook..."

"Baby... listen..." Jungkook starts and Jimin immediately backs away

"Stop!" Jungkook orders, making Jimin freeze in fear. Anyways he had run into a dead end

"Y-You killed someone .. you are a criminal..." Jimin's voice wavers as he turns to look at his loving boyfriend who he couldn't recognize anymore

Jungkook's eyes darken

"....If a police killed a criminal you would see it as normal... then why are you judging me huh?" Jungkook couldn't help the edge in his voice. It hurt him to see his love look at him in fear, like Jimin didn't trust him anymore

"It's my job and I don't kill innocent people.." Jimin doesn't say anything "...I'm sorry I never told you about my real job - that I'm part of a mafia group...but whatever I told you.. whatever you know about me is the truth... I never hid anything from you..."

"...but you hid what you did from me... I wouldn't have dated you if I knew you were a mafia man..." Jimin says making Jungkook sigh

"I know... that's why I didn't tell you yet..." Jungkook sighs "....I love you Jimin.... So much... I feared losing you.... I was going to tell you... not now but soon enough... because I can't hid the truth from you for long..."

"So you were planning to tell me after I fall for you deeper? Were you making sure I would not leave you because I love you too much?" Jimin asks, hurt evident in his voice

"It's not like that..." Jungkook's eyes were glossy. He sighs "...I thought you were different...I guess I was wrong... I guess I gave my heart to someone who would just throw me away so easily... is your love for me that weak?... isn't my love strong enough for you to stay for us?"

Jungkook was making Jimin feel guilty

"I... I never said I was leaving you..." Jimin mumbles

"I won't let you go Jimin.. you promised me" Jungkook says towering over the boy

Jimin lets out a sob seeing the man this way and Jungkook backs away

Jungkook wordlessly drags Jimin to his car and drives Jimin to his apartment

Jimin immediately goes to the guest room and locks himself up there and cries

Jungkook looks sadly at the door before heading to his own room

Jimin gets out after calming down to see Jungkook standing in the balcony, staring at the sky

Jimin slowly walks towards the man and freezes when he sees Jungkook's red swollen eyes

"J-Jungkook..."

Jungkook turns to the side in surprise to see the boy stand there

"J-Jimin..."

Jimin walks towards the man cupping Jungkook's face "...I'm sorry baby... don't cry.... please..."

"...I love you so much Jimin... you are the only good thing in my life and I was so afraid to lose you..." a tear rolls down the man's cheek, his voice cracking as Jungkook tried to control his emotions "... I can't lose you.. I will go crazy... but I love you too much to see you hurting if being with me makes you unhappy...." Jungkook says making Jimin look at him in surprise "...it's your choice Jimin... I can't hold you back... I agree I shouldn't have hid the truth about my work... but please... please forgive me this time and please don't leave me..."

Jimin smiles as he hugs the man, making Jungkook sob on his shoulder "...I won't... I love you too..."

Jimin pulls back to wipe the man's tears with his thumb "...I mean it Jungkook... I love you too much to let you go... let's work through this okay?" Jimin says making Jungkook nod his head

"I love you too Jimin" Jungkook says closing his eyes, feeling Jimin's soft lips brush against his forehead
