Kol didn't know if he should cry or laugh. He had been without her for 6 years. The vampire was loosing his mind without his lover.

Wanda smiled as tears once again filled her eyes, she had missed the sarcastic Original, more than she thought was possible.

Wanda breathlessly laughed and that was all it took for the vampire to walk towards her, the girl took a few steps and she was suddenly in his arms.

Kol nuzzled his face into the crook of her neck. Wanda held onto him tightly, afraid he would just simply disappear from her grasp.

The Mikaelson's watched with smiles on they're faces.

Kol was slightly shaking in the arms of his soulmate. "I felt like I was dying without you." his voice cracked.

This was the most vulnerable Wanda had seen him, and it was breaking her heart.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. I'm not leaving again, it's you and me now, for good." Wanda told her fiancé.

Kol nodded, not being able to utter any words out for the moment.

The vampire pulled back and lifted her right hand and smiled seeing that she was wearing the ring.

"I would never take it off." Wanda whispered.

Kol laughed, overjoyed.

The Maximoff girl noticed a ring placed on Kol's finger, the Original caught what she was looking at and grinned.

"Had to let everyone know I was engaged."

Wanda beamed, she crashed their lips together and nothing had felt more right in the moment. Kol placed his arm around her waist while his other hand went to caress her face.

The Mikaelson's walked away into the dining room to give the two soulmates privacy, while Klaus had Hope's eyes covered with his hands making Hayley shake her head.

Wanda pulled back and Kol intertwined their fingers.

It had been an emotional day.

Wanda yawned as she made her way downstairs, she left Kol who was still sleeping in bed.

The girl walked into the kitchen where Hope was eating breakfast. "Hey aunt Wanda."

Wanda smiled at her niece as Hayley walked in, "Hey kiddo, you have school?"

"Yup, I have to leave in a few." Hope answered.

Wanda went to the fridge and took out the carton of orange juice, "Actually Mom, could aunt Wanda take me to school today?" Hope asked her mother.

The Maximoff looked at the hybrid as she poured her juice into a cup. "Well if your aunt's okay with it I see no problem." Hayley replied looking at her redheaded friend.

"I'd love to, just let me change and we'll be on our way." Wanda smiled at the young tribrid.

A few minutes later and Wanda was in the courtyard with Hope, "I'll be going now mom, tell dad I said bye!" Hope shouted throughout the house.

The two girls walked out into the street making their way to the Salvatore Boarding School.

"Hey, do you think I could see how you learn your spells?" Hope questioned.

"Sure, I'll show you my spell book when I pick you up from school later." Wanda smiled.

Hope nodded, and the two continued walking until they reached the school gates. A man was outside the gate, "Hope Mikaelson" the girl said to him.

The man nodded and opened up the gate, Wanda and Hope walked through them approaching the front entrance.

A blonde came out to the entrance, "Hope, nice to see you again." she smiled.

"Hi Ms. Forbes." the 14 year old said.

Caroline looked at Wanda with curious eyes, "And who would be the person accompanying you?" she asked.

"Oh this is my aunt, Wanda Maximoff." Hope stated.

"Oh? I've never seen or heard of you before. And you aren't a Mikaelson, right?" Caroline asked the witch.

Wanda tilted her head at the question, "She is a Mikaelson." Hope said.

Caroline looked at the girl then back to Wanda, "Well either way it's lovely to meet you."

"Same to you...?" Wanda trailed off not knowing the blondes name.

"I'm Caroline Forbes, the headmaster of this school." she smiled.

"It's nice to meet you." Wanda told her.

"I have to get to class, see you later aunt Wanda." Hope told the red head.

Wanda smiled and nodded, watching her niece disappear.

"So.... are you with any of the Mikaelson brothers?" Caroline asked her.

Wanda looked back at her, "Um yes actually." she answered.

"Can I ask which Mikaelson captured your heart?" the vampire kindly smiled.

Wanda chuckled, "That would be Kol."

Caroline raised a brow, "Well that's a bit of a shocker."

"Why?"

"Oh well, Kol was known for killing anything in his way, but then again the entire Mikaelson family changed, and for the better."

The witch nodded, "Got that right."

"What type of supernatural being are you then?" Caroline asked as the two started to walk on the field.

"I'm a witch" Wanda answered, she was still getting used to saying that she was a witch.

"Ah, I'm a vampire." Caroline told her. The vampire turned towards the witch.

"Well it was great meeting you, I have a school to run but I'm sure I'll be seeing you in the future." she told the Maximoff.

"Yes, it was a pleasure." Wanda replied.

The two women smiled and walked away in different directions.

Wanda walked inside the Mikaelson compound where Freya and Kol stood talking with one another.

Freya turned, noticing the witch's presence.

The blonde laughed and hugged the red head. "I couldn't believe it when Klaus told me you were back."

"Better believe it" Wanda laughed.

The two let each other go, "Well, how's your magic doing?" Freya asked.

"Wonderful thanks to the Darkhold."

"What's that my love?" Kol intervened.

"My book of spells, taught me how to keep my magic in better control."

"Can we see it?" Freya asked her.

Wanda nodded and held out her palm as red energy covered her hand, not even a second later a big old book was in her hand.

"Now that's handy." Kol grinned.

Wanda rolled her eyes and started flipping through the pages with Kol and Freya by her side.

The girl passed the page with the tittle 'Scarlet Witch' written on it and it caught the two siblings' eyes.

"Wait go back darling." Kol said.

Wanda flipped back to that page and sighed, "A whole page dedicated to you?" Freya asked as she read over it.

"Mhm, basically saying how I'm made out of chaos magic." Wanda told them.

"These spells, they seem so strong and hard to perform." Kol thought.

"Well, they should be." Wanda said.

The girl closed the Darkhold and it disappeared.

"You two can keep looking at it later." the red head told the two.

Freya nodded, "Well, I have to go meet up with Keelin. I'll see you two later." she smiled then walked out of the courtyard.

Wanda watched the witch walk out and made her way into the kitchen.

"Are you alright? You've been a bit quiet darling." Kol asked, concerned.

"I'm doing great, Kol." the girl reassured.

Kol sighed, "If you say so my love. Nik called, I have to go." he told his fiancé.

Wanda turned to look at him, "Okay, just be safe."

"Always am."

Wanda stood from the couch deciding to read through the Darkhold as she did before.

The girl waved her hand and the outfit she was wearing was replaced with her Scarlet Witch gown.

The Maximoff's eyes turned shining red and Wanda levitated herself covering her surroundings with red chaos energy.

Wanda flipped through pages of her spell book as her hands moved creating symbols.

The girl continued studying as Klaus and Kol walked in.

The two brothers' froze, neither of them had seen how Wanda studied spells.

Kol found it fascinating how his lover studied and performed spells.

Klaus on the other hand was just confused.

Wanda noticed the two and let go of her magic, her feet touching the ground once again as the Darkhold disappeared from view.

Kol looked her up and down, the outfit suited her.

Wanda caught Kol's eyes and looked at herself and mentally face palmed herself.

The girl waved her hand and she was back in a normal outfit.

Kol chuckled.

"I don't understand one bloody thing." Klaus sighed as he walked upstairs.

Wanda laughed at the grumpy hybrid.

Kol slimed an arm around her shoulders, "Now, we're a whole family."

The witch turned towards him with a smile, Kol's eyes flickered down to her lips.

The two leaned in pressing their lips together.

And sparks, once again, erupted between the two.

But what's that saying again?

Ah, nothing ever lasts.
