A hut in the forest

Zane woke up to the noise of a dragon snoring outside the window

He went to check who it was and saw all the dragons outside the window. All of them were awake except drop, who was snoring.

Zane woke everyone else up and they all ran to the dragons.

Seliel looked at Flit. He was looking round for Lloyd.

She came up to him and stroked him. She didn't know if dragons liked this as she had never had her own.

"Where is Lloyd?" Asked Flit

" He is dead" said Shade.

Flit roared so loud that Questock could hear him.

Then the dragons went away to talk to Flit.

"We can travel quickly again now" said Seliel

"We can get there to day!" Said Cole

" not if Questock is already there" said Zane.

"We can get off the dragons when we are close" said Dawn "then He couldn't turn them against us"

"Let's do that" said Cole and they walked back towards the dragons.

They got on and flew towards the temple.

They evaporated their dragons at the foot of the mountain and started to climb up.

Cole was usually a really good climber but being blind made it harder.

Zane climbed onto an out-crop and watched the others climb up.

Seliel was relatively good at climbing and went up at the front
Then went Cole who was getting instructions from Dawn who was beneath him, and last was Shade who was bad at climbing.

Everyone climbed onto the outcrop

"Can't Seliel just use her power to get us too the top?" Asked Dawn.

"We are so thick!" Shouted Cole

" Yes we are. " said Zane "please get us up"

Seliel started to use her power and purple mist floated round her. but as the mist was thickest it exploded and dust got in everyone except Cole's eyes.

Zane stepped backwards and hit Dawn making her overbalance and fall off the cliff.

When the dust cleared everyone looked round at each other.

"What went wrong?" Asked Shade " my powers are way better"

"This mountain is made of vengestone" said Zane

" why didn't you tell me earlier! " said Seliel

"Because I just found out" said Zane

"Where is Dawn?" Asked Cole

Everyone looked around and realised she wasn't there.

"She must have fallen down the Cliff." Said Zane

" Will she be dead? " asked Cole

"Almost certainly" said Shade " but to save her we must climb this mountain "

Cole saw the reason behind this and decided that Shade was right so they carried on climbing up.

"We are lucky we didn't take our dragons" said Seliel " they would have been affected by the vengestone too"

At this point Cole slipped and fell a bit before Seliel, who was underneath him now, caught him.

"Be careful" said Seliel " you must get to the top"

"Why must it be Cole?" Asked Shade " I wouldn't mind becoming a Phoenix "

"Feel free" said Cole "its a burden to me"

The temple

Questock looked down the mountain and saw a grey, glowing green, silver and pink shape climbing up the mountain.

He smirked.
The ninja wore rubbish clothes for sneaking up.
Black was much better.
