I layed in my bed until I didn't hear any noise from my sister. I walked into her room and she was asleep, I walked out and closed the door behind me. I walked back into my room and brushed my light purple hair. I changed into light blue shorts and grey shoes. I put on a purple hoodie and went outside. I saw a guy with red hair and green eyes, he was wearing a green hoodie,dark red pants, and orange shoes. "Aaron?" I asked. He smiled and said "yes" I ran and hugged him. He held out his hand after the embrace and said. "care for a dance malady?" I bowed and took his hand "charmed". We did the tango, he dipped me and said "your even more beautiful than I imagined."
I switched and dipped him "your more handsome than I can contain." I helped him up and he spinned me.

"Do you love me?" He asked he blushed really hard. I did too "Y-yeah... Of course I do..." He leaned in and kisses my cheek and looked at me "I didn't get to do that to you too last night at the masquerade." I brushed really hard. I looked at my sisters window to see if she's awake, turns out one time in her life she isn't watching me. I looked back at Aaron "I'm glad that one time of her life she isn't watching me" I say. He smiles, witch makes me smile. He pulls me close to him witch makes me blush. He puts his hand on my cheek and smiles. "Your so beautiful.. And so grown up now." He blushes. "yeah...it's so weird how we all change when we grow up." I reply. He sits down and leans on a tree. I sit on the grass near him.
"You ready for college?" He asks.
I sit up. "YES. OH MY GOODNESS YES!...I like..look at these kids I've known all my life and I ask myself... W-what happened?" I hear all the terrible things people called me. "We...we were so tiny! Happy and shiny playing tag and getting chased..." I reply. He looks at me and smiles "singing and clapping, laughing and napping! Baking cookies and eating paste.." He laughs.. Then we say in usion "this isn't a high school this is a thunder dome." I look at the stars "I hold my breath and count the days...and were graduating soon..College will be paradise if Im not dead by June!!" I say Aaron helps me up off of the ground and looks at me with hope. "But I know I know... Life can be beautiful. I pray, I pray for a better way. If we changed back then we could change again.. We can be beautiful...." He says I hear my sister yelling  "IM GONNA WHIP YOU!!!!!" I take my hand out of his and put my head down while walking to the house "j-just not today..." I say..he grabs my hand "why don't we run?" I look at him terrified "w-why? I have to face my punishment... Like every day..." He takes both of my hands. "look Delilah... We both know how dangerous your sister can be, I can tell she abuses you." I look down and hear my sister yelling "1!!!"  "C'mon!" He yells. "2!!!" "Delilah?" "ok" I reply we run into the woods and I hear my sister faintly yelling "YOU LITTLE BRAT!!!!!!!!" "im so glad I *pant* chose you."
He smiles while we run dodging tree branches and jumping over logs. "m-*pant pant* me too"
