Max

Vaughn didn't fight back. He only shut he's eyes tightly and tries to tensely curl in on himself as he was man handled. He didn't know how to fight back. He had never been thought how, had never been allowed to try. His mind only knew how to accept and endure pain and nothing, no amount of training Max had ever given him had been able to push through that instinct pounded unto his skull by his dad, reenforced with a fine stoke of harsh words and declarations of resent from his mother.

"Please stop." He says weakly as he's dragged through vacant halls before he's pushed roughly to the ground. He hears a small snap from an old wound shift from the stop. He yelps, not moving as he waits for his body to correct the ill placed rib. He hadn't been lucky when he'd first gotten gotten the found. He had been shoved down hard on the wooden edge of a... a....

Vaughn couldn't remember. He wasn't sure if it was part of a hockey rink or a fence post. He had been to young for his body to heal nicely but...One of the two memories where Wade's memories but he wasn't exactly sure. Did that have ice rinks when he was little? He couldn't remember. He knew there where certainly fence posts... did he even know how to skate?

He winced when his body gave a final crack to announce it had healed. He could hear the sounds of Max's work, forced to feel the guards moment of fear before the connection between him and then went blank as their life and soul seeped away.

"Come," the female growled as she stalked back and grabbed him. Despite the obvious height difference and the usual gender power assumptions the shorter female easily tugged the submissive dragon with her. Sadly enough to know, if Vaughn should ever find himself in a situation where he's been found worthy of someone's attention who didn't give a damn about boundaries he would easily be taken advantage of. He wouldn't he a hard target neither, always the one to hide in a crowd with such a strong, awkward, shy aura about him he would be easy prey to corner.

"Max." He said again. This time he manages to get a glare from the female to indicate she was listening though unwillingly. "You need to stop. You need to come back with me."

"Go back with you to where exactly?" She hissed before moving on, pulling him by an arm. The drug hadn't quite left her system so judgement was still iffy and conception of the world was only about half as effective as normal. In short he was basically talking to a serial killer with no true conception of understanding of their surroundings. More Vaughn's fault then hers. She wasn't the one who didn't flush her blood stream of the poison before letting her loose.... Vaughn would blame it on S.H.I.E.L.D. If anyone asked...

His stopwatch never went off. The timer remind silent

The heart monitor never stopped counting.

They stood in silence for minutes waiting.

Waiting for nothing as Peter slept on taking breaths in on his own, his heart beat continuing strong and even.

(What's going on?)

[If this is a hallucination we're going to kill our selves the moment in know.]

"Peter?" Wade asks as he drops down to the arachnids side with high hopes. This could be the moment. The moment he would get to see those beautiful Hazel eyes again and the light behind them he lived and adored.

(Or the time could never come. We might wait here for hours only to see the longer we wait the weaker be becomes until finally he really does leave us.)

[Shut it.] Yellow snapped at the lesser box as they stared at Peter in anticipation.

"Please Peter. Come on Baby Boy. We need you. We need you here." Wade said while grasping Peter's hand.

Slowly, ever so slowly did that hand squeeze his back. The hold was weak but there making Wade's gaze shoot up to Peter's eyes to be met with Half opened, glazed over eyes that weren't quite yet capable of seeing anything in focus yet.

Peter tried to speak but even with his healing factor he wasn't quite ready for that now. His scattered mind still needed to collect itself bet that didn't stop his soulmate from covering him with a body hug, not worrying when the knocked the heart monitor off of Peter's finger in the process. The grunt from Peter being enough to Asher him the blaring monitor that was quickly shut off meant nothing.

"I love you Peter. I love you so much. You aren't allowed to leave me again you hear?" Wade said, unable to hide tears as they fell.

Peter's hand raised to cup Wade's head, pulling him closer to press their cheeks together.

It wasn't for another hour later Peter could raspily speak again. Wade hadn't yet moved from his position on top of his spider when Peter spoke the first works he had in weeks.

"Can get up? My butt hurts."

[...you can't blame him, he has been laying on it for months.]

White have a horrified gasp. (I hope he didn't deflate his bubble butt. I can't live with out his bubble butt.)

"I'm sure it's like memory foam White. It'll pop right back into place." Wade assures as he gets off of Peter.
