Max
"Hey." She says glancing at the other two.
Dear God what trouble had the introduction of the pair and the... undead(?) shifter. She can sense the tension in the room, the dragon unsure to what it was directed at or why. Deadpool in particular looks rather pissed. But honestly that could be the mask giving off its own persona.
Grey silently walks away from the three men and stands close to her leg but avoiding the bags she's holding.
"I got food." She continues as she turns away from the trio and towards the small kitchenette in the tiny apartment.
"Food?" Peter asks instantly perking and making his way over. Where the arachnid found a place to store all of the mater he ate the dragon didn't have any idea. And yet somehow that food still wasn't enough.
"No five guys." She warns. She didn't need to receive that kicked puppy look she got last time she said food and had no such burgers.
"It's breakfast. You can't have Five his for breakfast. Only Micky D's fast food in the morning." Peter says.
"What's Micky D's?" Vaughn asks coming up behind Peter. By the look on Wade's mask the new shifter was far too close to Spidey tush for comfort.
"It's what he calls The Golden Arches."
Vaughn gives Wade a confused look before realization crossed his expression. "Ohh. Macdonalds."
Grey moves around Max to stand upfront of her also in the way as he tries to keep away from the three males by using her has a barrier. She looks down, mildly irritated by the crowded space with the young men at her back as she is cornered against the counter with her youngling. By instinct she was nervous. The situation without the input of her conscious thought seemed to be the same sort of thing you'd expect to happen if the same where to happen to some poor woman cornered In an alley with no sight of any flying web slingers or Iron men.
"It's okay, you don't have to be afraid of these people." She says looking down at Grey as she starts to empty the grocery bags filled with actual real food. Okay so some was frozen but still.
Grey didn't look convinced by any stretch as he watched them. "He looks scary." The boy mutters in norsk as he looks at Wade. The child quite utterly disturbed by the white eyes of the mask and the weird way the easily expressed.
"I know. It's creepy but you have to get used to it." She says. "He would die for a child before hurt one. He's the very last person in this room you have To be afraid of." Max says softly.
Grey looks up at Wade who had caught onto the child's look, his expression changing from a jealous stare at the blonde shifter standing too close behind Peter to smile down at Grey.
"He's talking about me isn't he?" Wade asks as he looks up at Max a moment later.
"He doesn't like your mask. He thinks it's scary."
"He'd be far more afraid of me if he knew what was under it." Wade says.
Max shakes her head as she retires her attention back to the small brunette. "He wears it because he's afraid of what others will think about him."
"Why?" Grey asks.
"Because once he was hurt by bad people and it changed how he looked. Because they have him scars."
Grey glances up at was again before looking back at the shifter. "Scars?" He questions.
Max nods as she starts to distribute boughten, large muffins by the carton of four. Each being having am externally accelerated metabolism they each could finish the container easily. Though as always a particular arachnid put did them all and looked around awkwardly as he stomach have a demanding growl despite having just been given the large portion of food that surely added up To be over a pound of goods. Grey seemed just as impressed and curious as to just where Peter was stuffing the food, whether it be in the chair cushions or some weird mutation of hamster cheeks the child wanted to know and made a show of walking around Peter just to be sure he haven't set the food somewhere.
"So you've met Vaughn then." Max says looking at the married couple as she tore apart a piece of the sugar coated muffin top, the best part
"Oh yeah. My names Vaughn by the way." The platinum blonde says quickly, a red hue painting its way across his cheeks.
"Yeah."is Wades only answer, Peter being far to busy with his own cinnamon muffins to really pay attention. The mouthful of sweet goodness making it so he can't answer anyway without spitting it out.
I hope Peter's unstable personalitys coming off
And Merry Christmas! Sorry for no update yesterday
