Late one night Anna had decided that she wanted to finally do some research on her friend's past life, considering he referred to himself as someone very notable. Of course, the first thing she did was google the name, "Hercules Mulligan", and check the Wikipedia page. Fact checking could come later.

She kept reading through until a particular name caught her eye.

"Alexander Hamilton", where had she heard that name before? Probably somewhere in history class... Even so, she was curious to see who Hamilton was, so she clicked on the page.

She read for what seemed like forever, learning about this man, however, felt more like remembering something than learning about something for the first time. Anna felt so invested in his life, from the war, to the Federalist Papers, to The Reynolds' Pamphlet. Eventually, she got to the legacy section, still reading.

"The ten dollar bill... biographies... an old play... and... a hit musical?"

Though having heard of it once or twice before, it was an odd way to be remembered. Intrigued, she looked up the musical on youtube and played the album. Anna listened to the album, becoming more and more invested in its complex story, and very impressed to say the least. As invested as she was, Burr's character jumped out at her about as much as Hamilton's name did on Mulligan's Wikipedia page. Of course, she knew who Burr was based on reading the Wikipedia articles. He was the man who killed Hamilton. There didn't seem to be too much more to him. He was relatively quiet, and never wanted to speak his opinion in fear of losing supporters. Still, a part of her felt it could relate to him and his lonely heart that could never open up to many. When it did, he was hurt by losing the few that he let so close to him.

2 and a half hours later, very impressed with the musical and it now being past midnight, she went to sleep.

(ok so here's the deal: I am on my school computer, but the school year is over, meaning that my school computer will have to be returned. Now, I can still access wattpad on my tablet, but my tablet is crappy and slow, so don't expect super-frequent updates. I do plan to continue this story though, so yeah, thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoyed.)
