Daejung, otherwise known as DJ, of SF9's agency, YG Entertainment confirmed that he is indeed dating CJ E&M's Rosé Cha! The lead vocalist of the famous KPOP star has confirmed that he is indeed dating the screenwriter / producer of the drama When We Fall, based off of the WebToon by Rosé Cha. Daejung's agency, YG Entertainment, confirmed that the two are indeed in a relationship.

In their official statement, the agency said, "Daejung and Rosé Cha began to express their interest in each other and have recently started dating."

When asked about the professionalism between the two for the drama the agency firmly denies that Daejung got the role due to their relationship. The agency stated, "Daejung did not get the role because of his relationship with Miss Cha. He received the role by auditioning like everyone else and did not meet Miss Cha until the first script meeting."

SF9's Daejung stated, "I hope that people will watch over us kindly. I hope that people will continue to support us and send their love as we continue to work in this industry. Thank you."
