Whisper

Running though the forest to the Ghost. Ezra heard a whisper, a voice of darkness. He stopped running.

Who are you?

Where are you?

I'm not going to tell you anything.

I can help you make a decision.

About what you know nothing about me.

I know all about you, Ezra Bridger.

My mind is already made up, you can't change my mind.

The Jedi are corrupt Ezra, they are peacekeepers they shouldn't fight wars, you can't fight a war being a Jedi.

I don't know what I am anymore.

Tell me where you are.

Tell me who you are.

I don't have a name anymore.

Then tell me what people call you.

They call me the Second Sister.

You're an inquisitor.

Yes I am.

Ezra felt darkness and fell to his knees in the forest.

Tell me where you are.

Ezra couldn't breathe.

                                                  {•-•}

Kanan looked up to the sky.

It isn't over yet.

                                                  {•-•}

"Ezra!" Sabine called out, but he didn't hear it, he was surrounded by darkness.

"What's happening to him?" Sabine asked Ahsoka as they ran up to him.

"I don't know." She said, trying not to panic.

"Help him." Sabine pleaded.

"I don't know how." Ahsoka said, holding back tears.

Sabine had tears in her eyes unsure of what to think as Ezra laid thrashing on the ground, grabbing his neck.

                                                  {•-•}

Let me go. He told her, grabbing at his throat.

Tell me where you are.

He felt his throat closing up, darkness licking at the edge of his eyes.

Sabine needs you.

I'm on Lusio. Lusio.

Good you can be persuaded. She said and the pain stopped.

He laid there and took some deep breaths.

"I'm ok but-" He started but darkness won.

He was victim to darkness.

                                                  {•-•}

"Ezra!" Sabine yelled and ran beside him, putting her head on his chest for a heartbeat.

Thump. Thump.

"He's alive, he's alive." She said, relived, embracing the unconscious boy.

"We better head back." Ahsoka said. "I can carry him."

"No I will." Sabine said, standing up, barely managing to put him on her back.

"No offense but we don't want to hurt him more." Ani said, helping Sabine readjust Ezra.

"I would never hurt him." She said and they started the slow trek back to the hut.

                                                  {•-•}

The second sister, felt cold, she embraced it, welcomed it, she was no longer weak like the Jedi were.

Lusio.

She got into the ship and set course for Lusio, tossing aside the loth cats in her path.

                                                  {•-•}

In his mind Ezra thought.

Maybe the inquisitor is right, I can't fight this war being a Jedi.

I can't fight being a Jedi.

His mind was made up as he drifted back into darkness.

                                                  {•-•}

They were at the foot of the hut, Sabine was breathing hard.

"I'll take him up." Ani said.

"I got it." Sabine insisted.

Ani took they boy off her back anyway, Sabine was secretly relived.

Sabine climbed up the ladder and Ahsoka forced jumped up to the platform.

Ani did a mix of both as she carried Ezra up.

"What happened?" Hera asked as Ani laid Ezra down on the platform.

"We don't know we found him, collapsed and thrashing in the forest and then he stopped and went unconscious." Ahsoka said, giving Kanan a look.

Kanan sensed it and felt a bit guilty.

                                                  {•-•}

"Hello there little droid." The second sister said, walking aboard the Ghost.

Chopper beeped some rude things and closed the doors.

Two red lightsabers ignited and she started to make a hole in the door.

Chopper picked up the comm.

                                                  {•-•}

"Kanan someone has found us." Zeb said, listening to Chopper ramble on the other end.

"Who is it?" Ahsoka asked, worried.

"It's an inquisitor, Chopper thinks." Zeb responded and his connection was cut. "Chopper come in, come in." He tried to comm."It got Chopper."

"We need to get back there." Ani said, grabbing her lightsaber.

"It's a trap." Hera told them.

"I know." She said and jumped off the platform.

"Ani Kenobi!" Ahsoka yelled. "Get back here."

"Someone has to save the day." She yelled back and disappeared into the trees.

"Does she even know where the Ghost is?" Hera asked them.

"She might, we were pretty close to getting there." Sabine piped up from sitting by Ezra.

"And when that girl is determined she can do anything." Ahsoka said, worried.

                                                  {•-•}

"What did I miss?" Ezra asked, shaking his head waking up, Sabine was startled at his change in tone.

"He awake!" Sabine said.

"Ezra are you ok?" Kanan asked, walking up beside him.

Ezra got up and stood on his feet, Sabine followed.

"I'm not talking you Kanan." Ezra told the Jedi. "Wait, someone is coming for us."

"Would of been nice to know this earlier." Zeb muttered.

"We know it's here." Sabine told him.

"I have to go." He said grabbing his lightsaber.

"Ezra no!" Sabine said grabbing his arm and looking into his eyes, they flashed yellow. "I can't lose you."

"I'm making a decision so you never will." He said and jumped off the platform into the woods.

"After you." Kanan said to Ahsoka.

She rolled her eyes and jumped off the platform after Ezra, followed by Kanan.

"Let's go." Sabine said, making her way to the ladder, the Ill jumped off it's perch and followed.

"Coming." Hera said following her down.

"Why must we always be on the run?" Zeb said and followed the girls leaving the hut, abandoned.
