Dreams. Dreams of a woman dressed in gold. They make her feel safe and secure. But she's certainly never seen this woman in her life. They could be visions of the past. Or maybe memories. Memories that she can eerily recall like they could belong to her, like they shape her, like they're a part of her.

They whisper to her. "The Crystal is forbidden." They say. "Why would you touch the cursed stone?" They asks. Soon, she hears multiple voices as they tell her to wake up. Wake up. WAKE UP.

Nadia jolts up from her slumber, as the piercing ring of her alarm clock fills the dorm. She notices that she has been sweating the entire night, as her shirt clings to her back. Sophia is nowhere to be seen. She slowly gets out of bed, as the ringing of her alarm clock still pierces her ears. She angrily hits the clock and looks at the time in pure disbelief. It's almost 9 o'clock. She's going to be late to her Literature class.

She races to the bathroom to brush her teeth, puts on the first outfit she sees, and grabs her bag while running out of the dorm room. "Morning, Nadia!" Donna says as she sits at her desk. "Hey, Donna. Can't talk, gonna be late for class!" Nadia says as she sprints outside.

She takes the hair tie that's around her wrist, and puts her hair in a ponytail while she sprints. She sees Susan and Mike and they greet one another. Nadia looks at her watch and it reads 9:02. She has three minutes left. She starts to sprint even faster, and she's almost there. She pushes the school entrance doors open, but she doesn't stop running. She looks at her watch and she has two minutes left. She makes it to the hallway and sees the College Lit classroom door. She runs and as she gets nearer, she picks up the pace one last time and manages to slip inside the classroom just as the last bell rings.

"Well, hello Ms. Brexwerry, glad you could make it." Ms. Woods said as she walked up to a heavily panting Nadia. "Since it looks like you had a rough morning already, I'll give you a pass, go sit down." She said patting Nadia on the back. "Thanks." Nadia trying to catch her breath. She slowly made her way to desk and plopped down into her seat.

Drake stared at her in amusement. "Don't say a word, Drake." Nadia said angrily. Drake reaches into his bookbag, and pulls out a notebook and starts fanning her with it. "Oh my god, I know it's too early into our friendship to tell this, but I literally love you." Nadia utters as she puts her back against her chair. "That's probably the lack of hydration talking." He says with a chuckle as he continues to fan her. "By the way, you look horrible." He says with a smirk. "I was going to say the exact same thing to you. The dark circles really bring out your eyes." Nadia teases.

"Annnd your fanning session is over." Drake says as he places his notebook on his desk. "No, wait! I take it back!" Nadia whined. "Maybe tell me how drop-dead gorgeous I am, I might think about letting that slide." He playfully responds. Nadia looks towards the front of the classroom and notices Finn and Marie aren't there. "Hey, Drake, where's Finn?" She asked with concern.

Drake gestures to the back of the classroom. "Black jacket with the hood over his head." He says as he doodles in his notebook. Nadia turns to see Finn, just Drake described him. Finn is trying his best to stay awake by looking over his notes but ultimately fails as he starts to doze off. "Psst. Finn!" Nadia whispers across the classroom.

Finn's body jolts awake as he turns his head to see her. "Oh, hey, Nadia." He says as he stretches and yawns. Nadia immediately feels bad for him. "Let me guess, you didn't get any sleep last night because you worried about..... "the thing we found?" Nadia asked with a smirk. "Bingo." He says with a tired chuckle. "Well, we'll probably be reading "Hamlet" today anyway, so just get all the rest you need." Nadia replied. "I'd do what Nadia says, since this might be the only "Finn time" you get without Marie around." Drake says as he turns to Finn and he rolls his eyes.

"Well, I don't think I'll have to worry about her today. We had this huge fight." Finn says as he sighs and combs his fingers through his hair. "Was it the usual thing that you guys argue about?" Drake said with a sly smirk. "It was the usual thing and then some, and of course, I get blamed for all it, while she, somehow, takes no responsibility." Finn responds in frustration as he grimaces.

"In all honesty, this whole argument probably wouldn't have happened if you weren't acting strange and staring at Nadia the entire time Marie was in front of you." Drake said with a chuckle. "I was just freaking out because Nadia obviously had no issue with touching the crystal last night. She was the only one that didn't touch it until then." Finn whispered as a yawn followed right after.

"Oh, and, by the way, forgot to tell you, you look horrible." Drake said with a laugh. "Shut up." Finn said with a smirk as he threw a crumpled piece of paper towards Drake. "Hey, I'm only being honest with you." Drake replied with a smile.

"Seems like you guys are getting along." Nadia commented. "Well last night and this morning seemed like a rough patch for all us." Drake said. "Besides, we have more important stuff to worry about. Our feud can wait." He added as he continued to draw in his book.

"Have you seen Sophie at all today?" Nadia asked. "Wait, you haven't seen her?" Drake asked at his brows furrowed with confusion. "No, which is why I'm asking you." Nadia said sharply.

There's a pause as Nadia thinks back to last night. "I'm pretty sure the crystal is doing this to us." Nadia added. "What are you talking about?" Drake asked with a nervous laugh.

"Okay, what did you dream about last night?" Nadia asked. "I don't know, all remember seeing is a strange woman!"  Drake said nervously. "Was she dressed in gold?" Nadia asked with a cocked eyebrow. Drake's eyes widened in fear as he realizes what's happening. "You've got to be kidding me right now." Drake mumbles under his breath. "All of us had the exact same dream last night, Drake." Nadia uttered in a serious tone.

"Okay, this happening, this is definitely happening." Drake says trying to calm himself down. "I'll try to find Sophia, and you tell Finn when he wakes up. We'll all figure out a meeting place so we can talk about it during lunch." Nadia says.
