Jungkook and Jimin were good friends from middle school. They were part a small group of friends, but the taller boy would always be the one to take care of Jimin and vice versa

Jungkook was generally a hard hearted guy, except to the people he cared about of course. 

Currently they are in college and surprisingly they all ended up going to the same university as well. Jungkook and Taehyung ended up living together. Jimin was living with his cousin brother Jin. 

Jungkook looks up at Taehyung who was giggling 

"What is it?" Jungkook asks uninterested 

"Jimin is so cute..oh my God…" that got the boy's attention 

"Where's the lie?" Jungkook mumbles to himself 

"What about Jimin?" Jungkook acts uninterested 

"He is so excited about his date tomorrow!" Taehyung couldn't help the smile on his face 

"Date?!" Jungkook's voice unintentionally rose up, his jaw dropped  

"Date?" Taehyung chuckles nervously "...I meant gate!"

Jungkook raises a brow "Jimin is excited about his gate? Really?" Taehyung didn't miss the sarcastic tone to it nor the hurt that reflected in Jungkook's eyes 

"So he has a date tomorrow huh?" Jungkook's voice is low " ..well I'm happy for him.. it's good…"

 "Are you okay?" Taehyung couldn't help but ask, seeing Jungkook just walk around aimlessly "...are you really okay with it?"

"What do you mean?" Jungkook is confused 

"Jungkook it's not rocket science ... anyone can see how much you love the boy from middle school... why don't you just confess before he is taken by someone else  .. it's valentine's day tomorrow anyway…" 

"I ... I'm afraid he will reject me... I don't want to lose him…" Jungkook finally admits looking out the window 

"You are a fool that's all I can say"

Jungkook sulks the whole day. He didn't go to college today - he didn't want to see Jimin or hear the boy talk about his date tonight. 

Taehyung had already left for his date with his two boyfriends. Jungkook suddenly left so single in his life

And then Jimin calls. Actually Jimin had been calling him from morning but Jungkook ignored him 

I don't want to hear or help you with your date. Stop calling me!!. - Jungkook yells at the phone. And he pouts when Jimin stops calling him.

Few minutes later though there is a loud banging in his door. Jungkook opens it to be met with a fuming Jimin 

"What are you doing here?" Jungkook asks confused. Shouldn't Jimin be at his stupid date by now. 

"Why didn’t you answer my call?" Jimin ignores the taller's question 

"You called? I  didn't hear it…I think I lost my phone..." Jungkook lies 

"Oh really?" Jimin takes his phone to call Jungkook's phone, which soon rings on the table behind them 

Jimin cuts the call angrily before walking into the apartment and slamming the door behind him 

"Are you  ignoring me?" Jimin had angry tears in his eyes 

"No.. I…" Jungkook didn't know what to say 

"I made this huge meal from yesterday  and decorated the apartment…." Jimin wipes away angry tears 

"Yea yea I know... for your date" Jungkook interrupts the boy. This is exactly what he didn't want to hear 

"You knew?" Jimin's eyes widen 

"Yea Tae told me" Jungkook says making Jimin's heart break 

"Oh.." Jimin's voice became like a whisper ".... so that's why you didn't answer huh?..." Jimin chuckles sadly "...you really didn't want to come?"

Jungkook was angry "...Why should I come?... for what?!" Jungkook  chuckles angrily "...to see you makeout with someone? Why do you want me there? To film a porno?" 

"Wait what?" Jimin was confused "..what are you saying?"

Jungkook sighs "...Why should I come and be a part of your date?" He says a bit more calmly 

"...Because you are my date…" 

Jungkook's eyes widen comically "What?!"

Jimin couldn't help but laugh "...I love you, you big muscled dumbo..  I was going to confess today..  I know you like me... atleast I hope you do... you are just.. shy when it comes to expressing feelings... so I decided to confess ... I prepared the meal from scratch  and prepared dessert too... I…"

Jimin suddenly finds himself pulled into a kiss 

"I love you too" Jungkook softly pecks the boy's lips again 

They both smile as they look at each other 

 Jungkook cups the boy's cheek "You didn't  need to prepare anything... you are the full course meal and dessert…" 

And then suddenly Jungkook is lifting the boy and carrying him into his bedroom 

Jimin was shocked at the action "Yah!"

Jungkook chuckles placing Jimin to sit on his bed before cupping his cheek "I'm just kidding... but thank you... thank you for confessing... I really wouldn't have the guts for that…" 

Jimin's eyes soften seeing the vulnerability in the taller's eyes, something that one didn't expect in an otherwise cold hearted guy

"I love you Jungkook… I'm forever yours…"

"I love you too.."

Jimin pulls the man on top of him, surprising the taller 

"...Shouldn't we get going? You said you prepared us a meal.." Jungkook says looking into the boy's eyes 

"Why? I thought I was the main course and dessert…" Jimin teases

Jungkook couldn't help but groan at the hint of lustful love that Jimin  reflected on his face 

"Jimin… I…"

"Just take me already… I have been waiting for you since middle school…"

Jungkook smiles 

"Me too…"
