After last night fun Cary woke up early and smile at his lovers before getting up and got his adventure clothes on. He then went to the throne room but upon entering he saw a glow in his pocket which he pull out the star shard.

Suddenly the Heart and the Star Shard shine brightly which Cary close his eyes but a moment later the light vanish along with Cary. As Cary open his eyes he is surprised that he is falling in a portal vortex.

"... Okay not the weirdest thing I discovered" he thought as he notice that the Star Shard is missing but he notice that his right hand gauntlet have a star in the gem.

"The Star Shard must have fuse with my right hand gauntlet gem" he thought before hearing a noise. He look up to see four beings screaming which confused him until he look down where he discovered that he exit the portal.

"Oh that's ain't good" he thought before he plummet onto the ground. Before he could get up he was slammed onto the ground by the four beings who was falling above him.

???: "Ow are you three alright?" A mature female spoke.

???: "We are fine Vice Principal Luna" younger three female voices spoke.

???: "Although what did we land on" one of the female voices spoke.

The four females look down to see they landed on Cary. They immediately got off from him and help him up.

???: "We are so sorry sir! If we knew that you were under us than we would have got off sooner" the girl with glasses said.

Cary: "it no problem as long as you ladies are safe" he said with a smile making the four ladies blush a little.

(Vice) Luna: "well thank you for your concern. Anyway I'm Vice principal Luna and these are my students; Sunset Shimmer, Twilight Sparkle, and Starlight Glimmer" she said.

An: in this story Starlight Glimmer stay in EQ girls.

Cary: "why does she have a faint demonic energy?" He thought looking at Sunset. "Well you can called me Cary" he said making the four ladies smile but Sunset eyes widen with recognize.

Sunset: "we are in the Everfree Forest from my world!" She said surprising the three females while Cary is confused.

Before Cary could ask he saw something jump towards them.

Cary: "Look out!" He said blocking the attack with his keyblade which surprised them but what surprise all of them is a dark Timberwolve.

Sunset: "that a Timberwolve but it look different" she said surprised but Cary saw a symbol on the wolf forehead.

Cary: "what the" he thought before returning to reality and punch the wolf back surprising the four ladies.

(Vice) Luna: "woah" she thought with a blush as she have dirty thoughts.

Sunset: "that was quite amazing" she thought as she bit her lip a little.

(Sci) Twilight: "he sure is strong" she thought.

Starlight: "Dang. I wonder if he can lift a tree trunk" she thought.

Cayden: "Is that all you got?" He said making the wolf growl before attacking him. He then attack back surprising the ladies. After a moment of fighting Cayden defeat the wolf. "Wow that was different" he thought.

Cayden: "yeah but dang that wolf is hard to defeat" he said but suddenly both him and the ladies saw the wolf vanish into a puff of purple smoke. "That wasn't supposed to happen right?" He ask looking at Sunset.

Sunset: "No as wolves supposed to break apart" she said surprised. Suddenly they heard girls screams close to them.

(Vice) Luna: "that sound like the cutie mark crusaders!" She said with a surprised tone.

Cayden: "I suggest we go save them" he said running towards the screams with the ladies follow behind. After a minute of running, they arrive where a tree hut is in ruin as dark versions of Timberwolves (mlp) surrounded three girls as a amazon is protecting them.

???: "Corrupt creatures are not welcome" she said holding her spear.

???: "Zecora! That dark wolf is running away with a small chest in it mouth!" A girl with a bow yell.

???: "That must be what these creatures were after!" A tomboy girl said as the creatures vanish.

Cary: "are you four alright?" He said surprising the four while the ladies stood behind him.

Zecora: "who are you" she ask curious about Cary.

Cary: "Cary and it would seems that those dark Timberwolves were after something" he said.

Zecora: "Indeed for the chest that was stolen by the wolf contain a dark amulet" she said.

Cary: "that ain't good but I believe it best if we go somewhere else as this is in ruin" he said making the right females to agree with his logic. They left with Cary leading them.

Zecora: "It seems that you have knowledge and skill of survival." She said surprising him and everyone.

Cary: "well if you were like me then you would have done the same" he said with a smile.

Apple Bloom: "sir?" She said making Cary to look at her.

Cary: "Is there something you need?" He ask.

Apple Bloom: "Actually I want to ask are you from another world?" She ask surprising everyone.

Cary: He sigh before answering "Yes and wherever I am it seems that this world is not on any map" he said surprising them.

Suddenly they heard screaming which caught everyone attention and without a second to think we ran towards the screams. Upon arriving they immediately stop as they are completely speechless at the scene.

Scootaloo: "our home" she said with tears coming down.

Cary: "these creatures must be following orders" he said surprising the females.

Sunset: "well if my memory is correct Chrysalis is the only changeling that haven't reformed" she said.

Cary: "if so then she must be working with others" he said surprising them. "And I guess that is where she is at" he said pointing at the mountains.

Sunset: "we have to save the town first before heading there" she said.

Cary: "then let save the town" he said summoning his keyblade which cause the creatures to stop and look at him.

(Vice) Luna: "that work" she said surprised.

The creatures roar then charge at Cary which he attack them surprising everyone at how easy he is defeating the creatures.

Sunset: "how is he doing that" she thought.

Cary notice that he is losing his stamina while fighting so many dark creatures.

Cary: "I need serious help" he thought as he was unaware of a incoming attack.

Sunset: "Look out!" She yell noticing the attack but it was too late and Cary was knock down by the attack.

Cary: "Damnit I was careless" he thought as he protect himself from the dark manticore.

Suddenly a spear hit the manticore in the head surprising everyone as the dark manticore went down then became smoke that vanish. The dark creatures then look at the direction where the spear came from.

???: "Defend ponyville!" A male voice shout which cause a lot of men yelling and attacking the dark creatures.

Cary then got up and look to see many color changelings attacking the dark creatures while half birds/half human help the civilians. He then look to see a color changeling in armor stabbing a dark knight but a second knight try to attack him from behind. Cary charge and defeat the knight which caught the changeling surprise.

Cary: "never let your guard down" he said before defending the changeling from behind.

Pharynx: "the name Pharynx captain of the reformed changeling guard" he said.

Carys: "name Cary and I suppose you want to explain what going on" he said stabbing a wolf.

Pharynx: "all we know is that the kingdoms are under attack by dark creatures while having that symbol" he said stabbing a neo changeling as he show the symbol.

Cary: "from what I know is that these creatures are under control of someone who is helping Chrysalis" he said surprising him.

Pharynx: "if that true then you have to head to Canterlot" he said as he point to the mountains where the castle is located.

Cary: "okay but for now I suggest you and any civilian who is willing to help to head to the town hall and defend there as these creatures have powerful allies" he said.

Pharynx: "alright" he said and announce that they must head to the town hall and defend from there.

Cary then run and stand before the females.

Cary: "okay Zecora you have to bring these three girls to the town hall while me and the rest head to Canterlot" he said making Zecora nod and lead the girls to the town hall.

Sunset: "how can we get there?" She ask but Cary smirk cause her to frown.

A minute later.

Sunset: "This is your plan!" She yell as both her and the others are screaming as they hold on to Cary as they are sky diving towards Canterlot.

Cary: "yup! Also I'm surprised you four have never sky diving before" he said with a smile.

Flashback:

Cary then grab all four females then yeet them into the sky before making a big jump after them which lead to the four grabbing onto him.

Sunset: "You just yeet us into the sky! Then when you were close to us we grab onto you as we don't have wingsuit!" She yell as she hold his neck.

Cary: "ha! You need a little danger when you face the impossible" he said with a smile which surprised them. However Cary frown as he saw many flying creatures heading towards them. He notice a open window near a tower which cause him to get a idea. He then yeet Glimmer and (Vice) Luna into the window where they land safely on the bed.

Sci Twi: "nope!" She said as she grip onto his wrist like a cat.

Cary: "I wasn't gonna throw you two I just need room to defend ourselves" he said surprising them as he summon his keyblade. He then defend them against the winged creatures but after defending themselves they crash into a room.

A minute later.

Sunset: "oh" she said waking up to see that they are in Celestia room but upon realization she notice that Cary is stuck in the drawer. "Oh sweet Celestia" she thought while blushing.

Three minutes later.

After the whole thing Cary, Sunset, and Sci Twi left the room and run to the throne room where they heard fighting. As they run they regroup with Glimmer and (Vice) Luna before arriving at the throne room. But upon arriving they are completely speechless at the scene.

Suddenly they heard fighting from the garden which lead them outside to witness a shocking scene.

Chrysalis and neo changelings beating Celestia and Luna, Tirek beating Twilight and her friends, and finally Sombra beating Shining Armor and Cadance.

Chrysalis: "Hahaha give up you all have lost!" She said as her eyes glow green.

Tirek: "Indeed for we have be given powers that can rival alicorns" he said his staff glowing orange.

Sombra: "hahaha so just give up already" he said as his gem horn glow purple.

Shining armor: "Never" he said trying to stand but couldn't thanks to the injury on his leg.

Cary: "geez and I thought I was stubborn" he said surprising everyone as he reveal himself.

Chrysalis: "Who are you?!" She demand as she was confused.

Cary: "Name Cary" he said summoning his keyblade which surprised everyone. "And I gonna ask you to get out of her body succubus" he said surprising everyone.

Twilight: "um sorry but could you repeat that?" She ask.

Cary: "You do realize that Chrysalis here is possessed by a succubus right?" He ask shocking them.

Rarity: "um no offense dear but that isn't possible" she said.

Cary: "Oh sweet Vanir" he said surprising Celestia and Luna along with Chrysalis. "I am dead serious woman. So unlike you and those that are magic users that ain't familiar with auras I can sense auras." He said surprising everyone.

Cary: "I explained later but for now I believe it time you get out of her body before I force you" he said glaring at Chrysalis who flinch at his glare.

Suddenly a dark smoke leave Chrysalis body which cause her body to change into a new appearance but before she drop onto the ground Cary caught her. He then bring her to (Vice) Luna before looking at the succubus that took form.

Cary: "ah so your the bee succubus type" he said making the succubus glare at him.

Risona: "I am Risona queen of the neo changelings!" She said.

Cadance: "so it was you who try to ruin our wedding back then?" She ask.

Risona: "oh course I did but if it wasn't for that brat I would have success!" She said pointing at Twilight.

Grogar: "that's and more" he said with a smirk.

Suddenly a dark blast hit Cary surprising everyone, minus Grogar, as he was slam into a wall that collapse over him.

???: "Haha that was fun" a female voice spoke.

Tirek: "wait why are you here Cozy Glow?" He ask surprised.

Cozy: "hehe it because Grogar told me that my adopt father is coming" she said as her hands glow in darkness which caught everyone off guard.

Cary: " *cough* So this adopt father is the one that create those dark creatures" he said exiting the rumble.

Cozy: "geez mister you must be tough" she said with a smile "guess I can continue to hurt you" she said with a sadist smile.

Cary: "heh if you can be able to do that" he said as his injuries heal which surprised everyone.

Cozy: "that ain't fair!" She said with a frown.

Tirek: "we can attack him at once" he said making the five villains smile as they unleash their attacks on Cary who defend himself. Suddenly he was slam into the ground by a blast which cause the five villains to stop.

???: "Sorry if I late to the party" a male voice spoke making the villains smile.

Risona: "hello Lord Bloodfang" she said bowing down to him with the other four following.

Bloodfang: "arise my loyal subjects and my two children" he said surprising everyone.

Risona, Tirek, and Sombra: "yes sir" they said.

Grogar and Cozy: "Yes father" they said.

Celestia: "so your the one leading this invasion" she said glaring at Bloodfang.

Suddenly Discord drop in front of Fluttershy who gasp at the injuries that Discord have.

Discord: cough "Flutters don't worry about me. *Cough* Instead worry about your world" he said surprised them.

Cary: "damn you look like you went through Hel" he said surprising Discord and Bloodfang.

Bloodfang: "mm it seems that you ain't from this world" he said surprising everyone.

Discord: "wait" he thought as he look at Cary gauntlet before realizing what it is. "Ha! I be a sea monkey! why ain't it the son of my old pal Witch boy" he said surprising everyone even the villains and Cary.

Fluttershy: "Discord?" She ask confused.

Cary: "wait ... Huh! Uncle Goga!" He said making everyone shock.

Discord: sweat drop "that mother of yours won't drop that" he said confusing them.

Cary: "hey it was your fault for pulling that prank on father who was having a meeting with his allies" he said.

Discord: "I know that it was my fault but I couldn't help it since that meeting was boring" he said.

Celestia and Luna: "that sound like Discord alright" they thought.

Fluttershy: "um Discord maybe isn't the best for a reunion" she said making both Cary and Discord stop then smack their heads.

Everyone thoughts: "that was weird"

Cary summon his keyblade which surprised Discord but he chuckle before summoning his own weapon which is a staff.

Discord: "round 2 Bloodfang" he said.

Twilight: "how did you got your hands on the alicorn amulet that Zecora hidden?!" She said.

Cary: "because he sent dark Timberwolves there and found it" he said surprising her.

Bloodfang: "ah so you were the one who defeat the dark Timberwolve omega that I sent" he said surprising everyone.

Cary: "you need the amulet for a reason" he said glaring at him.

Bloodfang smirk as he reveal six color gems that cause everyone, who know about the elements, eyes widen. He then aline the gems then a bright light cover the garden which vanish as everyone look at him only to be speechless.

Bloodfang: "I called this the Disharmony Saber" he said as he embed the sword in darkness.

Twilight: "girls we need to unleash the rainbow" she said as both herself and her friends pony up and try to blast the rainbow beam. However as soon as the beam was close range Bloodfang unleash the sword own power. The rainbow beam was completely shatter as the sword power slam Twilight and her into the wall.

Bloodfang: "you pathetic girls thinking your friendship can stop the power of darkness and disharmony." He said before looking at Cary. "And you I finally realized why you were familiar. You're the new Overlord" he said surprising everyone who didn't knew.

Sunset: "what" she said surprised.

Celestia: "this isn't good" she thought with a worry.

Cary: "you must be working with others if you know about me" he said glaring at him.

Bloodfang: "I am indeed working with others but our group is just a fraction of a greater force" he said surprising them.

???: "Basically you make them into a experiments" a female voice spoke causing everyone to look.

And they are surprised at Chrysalis standing.

As they watch the fights both Twilight and her friends along with Celestia and Luna decided to fight against Grogar. Leaving Cary and Discord to fight against Bloodfang however Cary and Discord are slowly losing making Sunset, Glimmer, Sci Twi, and (Vice) Luna worry.

Sunset: "why am I staying here and not helping" she thought but suddenly she felt herself leave her body and enter somewhere else. She shook her head only to realize that she is now in a white room. "What the heck!?" She thought then notice a shadow figure standing before her which surprised her.

???: "Hello Sunset" it said in a male deep dark voice.

Sunset: "how do you know my name?" She ask.

???: "Ah now who wouldn't know about the demon sunset who was abuse by her own parents while any friend she try to made reject her?" He said surprising her.

Sunset: "that was the old me" she said but the shadow figure laugh.

???: "Yet you still hold on to the past within your heart" he said surprising her.

Sunset: "I let the past go to make friends" she said but she saw her shadow grew until it became her demon form which surprised her.

Dark Sunset Demon: "hahaha that is a lie and you know it as friends will backstab you" she said showing Sunset visions about her friends talking behind her back saying cruel things about her.

Sunset: "that isn't true" she said trying to ingnore them but her heart feel like it was about to break.

???: "Not so fast!" A new male voice spoke surprising them as a keyblade hit Dark Sunset Demon causing the visions to vanish. Suddenly a cloak male appear between Sunset and her dark self as he hold the same keyblade that hit Sunset dark self.

???: "Grr I should have know that you would be following me Sol!" the shadow said.

Sol: "as long as you follow those who heart still have darkness so do I to guide them to balance Cethin" he said.

Cethin: "it won't matter as you won't save everyone" he said.

Sol: "perhaps but you won't turn everyone heart into darkness" he said then look at Sunset. "Young Sunset if you want to help Cary then you must unlock your true power within your heart" he said.

Sunset: "what? But I don't have any special just  magic of friendship" she said.

Sol: "the magic of friendship maybe strong but it the heart that can be your guiding key" he said as he face Cethin. "You must unlock what lies within for light can't live without the dark" he said before battling Cethin.

Dark Sunset Demon: "hahaha" she laugh before blasting Sunset with darkness which hurt her. "You will always be alone just like when Celestia disown you as her student" she said.

Sunset: "what can I do?" She thought before remember that although Cary is a overlord he protect those he met and save lives that is meaningless to him yet he still save them. "Cary uses his power of darkness for good while being a overlord" she thought and realized what her true power is. "It wasn't just friendship but rather Empathy" she thought. Suddenly her heart glow which caught Dark Sunset Demon, Cethin, and Sol attention.

Cethin: "No!" He yell as his plan of making Sunset heart turn to the darkness backfire.

Sol: "way to go young Sunset" he thought with a smile.

Both Sol and Cethin vanish leaving Sunset alone with her dark self which felt warmth in her heart.

Dark Sunset Demon: "this warmth. I feel something I haven't felt in so long" she thought and smile as both herself and Sunset hearts merge.

Outside the mindescape.

Sunset return to reality as she finally understand what she must do. She run towards the battle between Bloodfang and Cary with Discord assist.

Sunset: "Cary!" She yell gaining his attention along with Bloodfang and Discord attention. Her hand start to glow then as she jump she summon her keyblade which surprised them.

Bloodfang: "impossible!" He thought as he attempt  to defend himself which backfire as Sunset keyblade was able to knock him to the ground surprising everyone.

As soon as Sunset was close to the ground Cary caught her as she pant heavy using so much of her strength and magic.

Cary: "not bad Sunset" he said with a smile making her blush.

Sunset: "thanks also" she said then kiss him surprising everyone while Discord whistle. However it was short as she stop when they heard grunting which they look to see Bloodfang injure yet he was healing.

Bloodfang: "Not bad but you have barely wounded me" he said standing up fully heal.

Suddenly Sunset and Cary keyblade glow which caught everyone attention. Then a bright glow cover both Sunset and Cary body which cause two beams of light from both the crystal empire and ponyville. Both beams of light hit both Sunset and Cary which cause the elements of harmony and the crystal heart to appear above them.

Discord: "well I be damn" he thought as both keyblades along with the elements and heart unleash a powerful blast that send the villains away and causing Bloodfang to change.

After the blast end everyone look to see that everything is restored but when they look at Bloodfang they gasp at the appearance. Standing where Bloodfang was is a male with orange hair laying on the ground. They gather around him as he open his eye slowly.

Cary: "who are you?" He ask confused.

Danny Williams: "I am Danny Williams also know as Bloodfang" he said surprising everyone as he slowly vanish.

Celestia: "how did you became Bloodfang?" She ask shock.

Danny: "I lost my world along with my sister Megan a long time ago" he said coughing. "However I was save by a mysterious man who promise me that I can reunited with her along with my love Surprise" he said. "I accepted the promise without a doubt but when I shake his hand I got myself trap within my mind as a mysterious dark version of myself took control of me" he said.

Cary: "you must have been through a lot" he said.

Danny: "yeah but before I go I want to say sorry for doing everything that I cause everyone. However you must be careful as the group I was with are not a joke for they called themselves The Dark Brotherhood" he said surprising everyone.

Discord: "That must be the group that allow the darkness to devour my home" he said.

Danny: "However it already too late as they got what they came for. Even if Bloodfang was defeated the Dark Brotherhood can be able to control his forces called Disharmony Army" he said surprising them.

Cary: "basically Bloodfang create this Disharmony Army for his allies to use" he said.

Danny: "yeah" he said then cough. "But thankfully I was mange to get help with countering the army" he said offering Cary a handshake. Cary handshake Danny hand but suddenly a dark shadow enter Cary body which cause Cary to gain a new powers.

Cary: "okay what the hell was that" he said.

Danny: "a while back Bloodfang encounter a parallel world but before leaving I meet a fella called himself the Pony of Shadows who I offered a deal" he said surprising them.

POS: "that is correct" he said from Cary shadow which surprised them.

Cary: "eh I am used to this" he said surprising everyone.

POS: "I must admit having a neighbor is nice" he said confusing everyone.

Bertha: "he meant me" she said surprising everyone.

Danny: "heh you are full of wonders" he said looking at Cary. "Hope you find parallel Megan" he thought before vanishing completely.

Cary: "okay now that we know some information I suggest we have an alliance between my growing empire and your world" he said surprising them.

Luna: "that is the best choice considering how dangerous this Dark Brotherhood is" she said.

Celestia: "agree which is why" she said then kiss Cary on the cheek surprising everyone. "I am announced my rulership to Twilight Sparkle and my Sister Luna" she said shocking everyone.

Chrysalis: "heh guess I am coming with you too" she said surprising everyone. "Hey I am doing this to repay Cary of saving me" she said.

Applejack and Rainbow Dash: "We are going too" they said.

Sunset: "well you already know I am going along with the others" she said looking at (Vice) Luna, Glimmer, and Sci Twi.

Discord: "I am coming along to see what happened to my old friend" he said surprising them.

Pharynx: "I am as well" he said surprising them as he appear from no where but standing beside him is Zecora who want to go too.

Cary: "huh this gonna be difficult as I don't know how to return" he said surprising them. Suddenly a bright light cover both Cary and Sunset before both vanish.

At a white infinity room.

Both Cary and Sunset appears in the room which surprised them but when they look up they are speechless. All above them are stain glass windows of many people that are both familiar and not familiar faces.

???: "I see you two are amaze at the stain glass" a male voice spoke causing both Cary and Sunset to look at the direction where the voice came from. They immediately jaw drop at the being before them.

An: meet a family member of Aspen who goes by the name Lucrecio who is the omnipotent deity of Chiaroscuro in my version of kingdom hearts.

Lucrecio: chuckle "Don't fear little ones for I brought you here for a reason" he said. "Ah I almost forgot to introduce myself. I am Lucrecio deity of Chiaroscuro" he said.

Sunset: "wait ain't Chiaroscuro a word for art between drawing in light and shade?" She said.

Lucrecio: chuckle "indeed but there another meaning for it. It also means between light and dark." He said surprising the two.

Cary: "so why did you bring us here?" He ask.

Lucrecio: sigh "I have be watching you for a while Cary. Even with help from your allies and lovers you won't stop a war between the two forces of Light and Dark." He said surprising them.

Sunset: "What do you mean by that?" She ask.

Lucrecio: "There two deities who be at war for a long time." He said as he show the two a stain glass which tell a story. "On the light side is the deity of light Alina while on the dark side is the deity of darkness Araphel" he said.

An: Araphel is literally called divine darkness.

The stained glass show two deities one of light and one of darkness. Both deities face each other in a clash which reveal that throughout history both forces of light and dark clash. However during a great war both deities vanish at the end of the war leaving the survivors to pass on the legends. Yet those that were apart of the war continue to fight which lead to the fight of today.

Lucrecio: "which is why I sent you to the world where you two would meet" he said surprising the two.

Sunset: "Wait you telling me that it was you who open the rainbow portal?" She ask.

Lucrecio: "actually that was Faust doing I only brought Cary but somehow both my and Faust powers got mixed which lead to your meeting" he said.

Cary: "wait you mean this little star shard is apart of you?" He ask showing him the star shard inside the gauntlet.

Lucrecio: "indeed but I afraid this will be the end of our meeting in personfor I can't let the two deities warning their factions about the third faction" he said confusing the two.

Sunset: "um what do you mean by in person?" She ask.

Cary: "along with a third faction?" He ask.

Lucrecio: "we will talk again soon but what I mean is that Cary will be leading the Twilight Keepers" he said surprising the two. But before they could ask they were sent back to the Pony Land World. "Good thing I put hints of where the place they will be training at" he said with a smile.

Back to the world of Pony Land.

As soon as Cary and Sunset appear a loud voice yell.

Oswald: "Sir!" A familiar voice spoke causing everyone to be surprised about the communication device that Cary carry.

Cary: "Oswald?" He said answering the rabbit.

Oswald: "about time! what happened!" He yell.

Cary: "okay first lower your volume. And second what wrong?" He ask.

Erica: "oh I don't know how about that fact that you be gone for three hours!" She yell making Cary pale.

Cary immediately pull out a device and throw it at the ground which claim the garden as his own.

Oswald: "okay got your location. Also please mistress Erica let me go" he said with fear in his voice.

Cary: "Everyone get into the circle because we need to go ASAP" he said with fear in his own tone causing everyone who want to go to his castle to run and stand in the circle. "Bring us home" he said causing the teleportation to teleport them back to Cary castle.
