Ken pov:

So I woke up with dazed eyes... I'm still alive?

Taeyin:yo.

Ken: taeyin-san...?

Taeyin: since your body is ghoul, it was easy for me to repair it with chemicals. As for the poison, I nuetralised it.

Ken: ari...gato.

Touka: baka!!! You almost really died!!

Ken: ah. How's kisa?

Taeyin: ah....~~~

He had a pervertic face on 'that was so much fun... getting to touch kisa again.'

Ken: -_- you know... It sounds wrong right?

I was outside kisa's room and opened the door to go in. I see ayato and kisa still lying on the bed.

Ken: gomen.

Ayato: baka. Why didn't you turn into a ghoul before the kaguns got you?

Seems like I was being ignored. Kisa seems really hurt badly. The holes that I made in her were still there.

Ken: gomen...

Ayato:its not your fault. She didn't change into a ghoul before you got her.

Ken: huh? But I thought...

Ayato: she did deploy her kagun but that didn't mean she changed her body mechanisms to a ghoul. That's why its taking forever for her to heal.

Ken: gomenasai. Is she... okay?

Ayato: she's not waking up for now. Maybe after a few days.

Uta: *comes in* kisa... I brought her favorite peach tarts.

Kisa: peach... tarts...

Uta: I knew it.

Kisa tried to sit up straight but it was too painful for her... I could see the painful face she makes while she tries to sit up. Ayato helps her and puts a pillow behind her to help support.

Kisa: don't want.  I wanna eat peach tarts like that. I can't sitting like that. Help me sit up right.

Ayato: it will hurt.

Kia: utaaaaa

Uta: *giggles* I'll get you a fork

Ayato puts her up straight properly and slowly and uses himself as a support. Kisa leans onto his chest comfortably.

Kisa: ken?

Ken: kisa... gomen.

Kisa: nah. Its just me being selfish.

Ken: huh?

Kisa: ask nagachika. He would understand. This the price for being selfish. I decided that.

Ayato stroked her hair 'sometimes you have to be a little more evil.'

Kisa: peach taaaarts.

Uta: I'm back.

Kisa takes the fork and starts digging in. She seems to really enjoy the peach tarts.

Ken; eh... but wouldn't this be bad for you?

Kisa: bad? Nah. I'm half human. I'm in human body know. I taste everything a human can. Won't affect me.

Ken: so you can like change your body?

Kisa: something like that. Like how you get white hair when you change to a ghoul.

Ayato: *kisses cheek* and you look the most beautiful when in ghoul.

Kisa: its... scary.

Ayato: since you're already awake, hurry and change to ghoul so it would heal.

Kisa: *shakes head*

Ayato: why? It will leave a bad scar like this one.

Ayato looks kind of sad when he looked at her shoulder.

Ayato: *strokes hair* if you say so.

Taeyin: *comes in* oh. That medicine worked well.

Taeyin:some human reagent. Boosts cell regeneration but not at the insanely fast speed its supposed to. After all that will cause mutations of body parts.  Looks like its still slow... hmm...

Kisa: bastard. Minus a few hundred from your pocket money.

Taeyin: hey!!!! Ayato!! Say something.

Ayato: kirishima-san da.

Kisa: *coughs coughs*

Ayato: kisa... blood. Just turn into ghoul already.

Lira: kisa!!!

Kisa: lira. I'm fine.

Lira: just turn into ghoul already.

Kisa : *shakes head* I promised.

Ayato: tsk. Do you have to?

Kisa: I have to. I don't break deals. This is my yoruzuya. You have to trust me.

Ayato hugs her 'okay than...'

Lira took out her gun and pointed it to my temple 'die.' Her eyes widened with seriousness.

Ken: I... I didn't meant it that way.

Hide ran out and came running down the stairs. He spread his hand out in front of me 'stop.'

Lira: HE CAUSED KISA TO BE LIKE THAT.

Hide: this was in her plan. She planned it.

Lira: what do you mean. Speak or...

She points it to hide 'you die.'

Jack comes down 'ghoul problems. Hide. Move away.'

Hide: but shishio.

Jack: its a human and ghoul problem. I like humans but doesn't mean I will interfere. Leave out of it.

Hide: I can't. He's my best friend. And... you're a ghoul too isn't it? Don't you care?

Jack: I hate ghouls. Yes I hate myself. Now get out of there. Don't make me pull you out of there.

Hide: kisa planned this!! Dragging touka first than me than...

Hide was pulled away by Jack by the back collar. Jack dragged him across the floor as hide continued to talk.

Hide: she felt alone. She wanted kaneki to be in her yoruzuya. She...

Hide was halfway out the door. *pew* the bullet went through jack's hand and jack released hide.

Jack: really?

Lira: I want to hear it. Before I shoot kaneki in the head.

Jack: human problems.

Hide: she wanted someone the same ad her to be by her side. She knew kaneki would never enter her yoruzuya. To kaneki... her yoruzuya is dirty. A group that plays the Games.

Ken: its true...

Hide: but she wanted to know how strong kaneki was. So she purposely made you play the Games. She wanted to know if you were qualified to be the half ghoul she thought you were.  If you weren't , she would have killed you.

Lira: kisa....

Ken: kisa had that kind of intention... and I didn't even know. I knew she wasn't kind. I knew she was a greedy person. But I didn't know... it was hard for kisa too.

Lira: you know nothing about kisa. She... she...

Flashback~

Lira pov:

I was 8 years old. I was born in this level. Hyaku yonju yon. Stealing, lying, robbing. I've done that since five. My parents died in the Games.

No one wanted me. So I drifted these forsaken streets only for corpses. Nobody will care for you. Nobody will help you. People will kill you. Eat you. I knew that since a long time ago.

Damn it... and yet I could never leave this level. No money,  no legal pass. I can't go pass the last two levels... the pretty lights the people talk about...

And I am just going to die here... eaten by this ghoul. Why? Why don't I have any strength to fight back? Cos my parents are weak? That's why me too?

That's right... they died cos they were weak. Same for me...

*slice*

Kisa: hey.

That smile. Did she just help me? Is she a small girl just like me? Than why...? Why is she so strong?

Lira: why are you so strong?

Kisa: hmm... long story. I am yunagi kisa. I'm probably older than you a lot but no worries.

No worries? Really?

Kisa:I have a yoruzuya. Wanna join me?

Lira:I am weak.

Kisa: I will teach you to become strong. Oh. But I've got one question... do you hate ghouls?

Hate?

Lira: no.

Kisa: good. Cos my yoryzuya is flooded with those stinkies. *smile* I need a human like you.

To eat me?

Lira: you will feed me?

Kisa: I will.

Maybe its not that bad than. A place to eat, stay. After that... than I get eaten. Maybe... its not that bad. Better than these forsaken streets. I will never have to steal or scavage again...

But she never ate me. Instead she treat me really nice. She got me a teacher to teach me. Jack. She treated me like her sister.

She let me play the Games alongside her.

Lira: why? I'm human. Why trust me?

Kisa: I...hmm... I'm lonely. I thought maybe we're similar.

Lira: are we?

Kisa: I guess... especially peach tarts neh.

Lira: um. *smiles*

Only to some people I show my smile. She was one of them. I... almost forgot how it was to actually even smile.

Kisa: don't leave me neh.

That's why I decided.

I will never leave her.

I will play the Games until I die.

What... a scary person.  She uses people for herself yet these people trust her so much.
