"Hold on, we're inviting HUNTERS into this house, you realize that's like inviting them to easily .i dunno,kill us!" Maya exclaimed "not only that but that'd mean you'll need to relocate again" a smaller boy from behind said "yes well, sacrifices need to be made sometimes" Dom looked y/n in the eyes, sending her a curt nod, Maya looked at y/n too, "well... do something about this, or i hurt your precious Tom--"

"Get out of her head Maya" Tom growled, Maya raised her hands in defense "you know i'm much stronger than you" Harrison looked between them and stood in front of Maya "hey, lets not fight yeah? We're on the same team here" y/n sighed "look, its uh..obviously not a good idea to meet here so..what about, Dom,Nikki and the boys come with me to my house and talk to them there" the room turned their attention to Dom, who looked deep in thought

"Alright, it seems as if that's our best shot..Harrison you stay here and make sure no one leaves. Especially your soulmate"

"Stay here okay, i'm gonna..try and warm them up a little bit" the Hollands nodded, Nikki taking deep breaths, Paddy quietly tapping his foot Sam and Harry quietly playing a game of Rock Paper Scissors, and Tom and Dom speaking to each other in whispers.

"Y/n? Is that you?"

"Yeah its uh..its me mum, and i have some...guest for the night.." her parents nodded "and where exactly are they?.." she cleared her throat "they're...my soulmates family" all both eyes widened "is this about Nic-"

"we promised not to say they're name" y/n father said before her mother can continue the sentence.

"Yeah, its about that.." they both nodded "we'll get your grandparents and you go get his family, quickly now"

So y/n went to the door and invited them in "what is the rush i-.. Hollandus" y/n's grandfather stopped in his track "y/l/n, good to see you again" he rolled his eyes "lets cut to the crap, what is it?" They all sat down and Dom carefully explained it, "I've seen what would happen if she stays here Reginald, she'll die or worse,they'll use her... but if she were to live at my house with my clan and my own protection, she'll live" the y/l/n's were silent then quickly huddled around each other.

"What do you think?"

"Is this not a trap?- y/n, come here" y/n carefully joined into the little family circle "how do we know if they're telling the truth? What does Dominic mean by 'use you' y/n?" Her grandfather asked, hints of fear in both his eyes and words "they have an inside source to the council, Maya and she knows the signs of soulmates becoming more powerful and..gaining power, i don't know mine yet but we'll see and..-"

"How do you know if you do have powers if you don't know what they are?" She looked around and made eye contact with Tom who nodded

"My mark glows brighter than Toms-" her grandmother stood up and roughly took y/n's arm in her hand, causing both Tom and Paddy to quickly get to their feet

y/n quickly faced them "i'm fine..it's okay," her grandmother studied the crown marking then motioned for Tom to show her his tattoo. "I've seen this mark before.." quickly, she stood up and climbed up the stairs, and came back down with a book. "Grandma..that's Grimm's fairy tales..i don't think you'll find anything"

"It wasn't from the book itself, someone drew it in, this was a gift to me when i was younger" her grandmother began flipping through the pages, as y/n looked deep in thought

"Rapunzel" everyone looked at her "what?"

"I remember..when i was younger i saw it and it looked like mine so i coloured it how i pictured it would look, its on the first page of Rapunzel"

y/n was right "who gave you this book?" Nikki questioned, "...i don't know, but they left a note in the back

,but its not English," Nikki snatched the book from her grasped and flipped through to the back

And tears began to flood her eyes "This was my mothers, the last thing she did before she died was give this book to a young woman.. I should have known!"

all eyes were on Nikki, who, after touching her mothers writing fainted, the room fell quiet as Dom rushed forward to hold his wife, y/n lead him to her room for her to lay until she woke up, one of the boys will check on her every half hour just in case.

"So as we were saying, y/n needs to stay with us" the y/l/n's looked at each other "only on one condition Dominic" her grandfather said "and that being what Reginald?"

"One of us stays as well," y/n's grandmother shot up "absolutely not! We can take care of her, we don't need them, we need to get y/n away from them" y/ns blood boiled, as she stood up, about to blow up on her grandmother again, but Tom pulled her away "we're gonna go check on mum" he mumbled.

"Look, she only wants what she thinks is best for you" Tom carefully unclenched her hands and held them in his own "even if neither of us like it, i think the best thing to do is try and get both your parents to agree to your grandfather's deal," he pecked her cheek "c'mon, we can go out after lights out tonight, get some more pictures" a small smile graced the girls lips "there's that beautiful smile, now, lets actually go check on my mum then go back down yeah?"
