Y/N's POV

You were almost to the light when it kept growing smaller and smaller you were concious but didn't open your eyes you were shocked by how you could be back to life. You felt something on your lips is someone kissing me?. You thought and the person pulled away you could feel a tingle in your lip and it felt like the cut closed weird? you thought and finally decided to open your eyes. You opened your eyes only to see the Doctor kneeling worry and some other feeling flashing across his face. "Y/N!" He exclaimed and hugged you "OW!" you whimpered in pain from your leg since his knee hit your still broken leg. "oh right sorry" He said smiling "Doctor what happened?" you asked curious. "uh well nothing I just brought you back to life" he said sounding like he did it everyday. "I know but how?" "uh well hmm" He said getting up and going back to the Tardis's controls. "Doctor tell me what happened" you said sitting up you felt alot healthier but your leg still hurt badly. "Y/N omg I thought you were dead!" Jack said quickly walking over to you and picking you up bridal style and kissing you. "Jack do you know how the doctor brought me back to life?" you asked him. "Well he shot himself and" "What! How could he still be alive!" you said "if you let me finish" Jack said staring at you "well when he shot himself he has this thing that only timelord's can do and well he can regenerate". "He changes into somebody different but he can also use his regeneration process to heal himself or anyone he chooses so he used his regeneration particles and he kissed you giving you some of the particles and thats how you came back to life" Jack explained. You and Jack were sitting in a car the Doctor borrowed and he was now driving you to the hospital to get a proper cast on your leg.

-Time Skip-

You sat there and wondered about how amazing the Doctor is and his Tardis and how he had saved you and he was the most amazing person in the world. ''Ok Y/N where here" The Doctor said and pulled up in front of you and Mary's house. "Thanks Doctor for everything'' you say and get out of the car steadily making it to the door step and unlocking the door. You turn around and see the doctor staring at you from inside the car before getting out and coming to you "Y/N I would you like to travel with me? I mean go on more exciting and cool and dangerous adventures?" The Doctor asked smiling. "Yeah Doctor I would love to but I can't really help or do anything until the cast is off" you say sadly. "oh uh ok" The Doctor says and turns around walking away. "Wait! Doctor you will still visit me? I mean im not gonna have this cast on forever, So?" You say hoping he will say yes. "Alright I will come visit you and when your cast is off you can come on adventures with me" The Doctor says smiling and walking down the street to his Tardis..
