This one for me is probably gonna be one of the worst on this list.  Anything to do with eyeballs makes me cringe like I just ate a sour lemon.

That is a parasitic worm in someone's eyeball!

I think the image speaks for itself. That is beyond horrifying! Like I said, anything to do with eyes makes me cringe...
