Salt is the most common mineral that mostly everyone uses in their dishes.But I think of the salt as in the ocean's waters,saltwater.I would always love to go out at 6:00am to go and swim every single day.But I would recommend to not drink the saltwater,it's not really good for you.But I still love the beach no matter what would happen!I would also invite my friends to swim with me because sometimes it could be lonely and sometimes I would prefer to be alone.The ocean and it's saltwater would always calm me down no matter what.
