Not only that but it told us that WWE were going to lose the war straight away because the first week in 2019, AEW won by 1.4 million viewers while NXT only brought up 790,000.

In the end of December NXT won by 795,000 while AEW scored 683,000. Interesting right? You're correct, but that wouldn't stop there: in early December, AEW won because of Sting's arrival and that's what beaten NXT by bringing in 913,000 viewers to NXT's 658,000.

Just if you think that it's All Elite Wrestling beating NXT just by ratings alone, it had to do with the wrestling styles that are brought to the game.

In that case, WWE would like you to forget that the ratings war with AEW have existed and would want it to stay that way.
