Hello everyone, my name is Rebekah!

I've been on Wattpad for awhile now, but i'm active now more than ever. I've been writing for what seems like eternity, but it's a blissful forever. I revolve my life around literature, and it is easy to say that I love poetry the most. I have a few works of mine published on my account, all of which I am very proud of. The poem Simple Tranquility won third place in a county writing festival, and my ribbon is very important to me. I hope to be an author one day for poetry and non fictional novels, although I am also interested in writing an autobiography in the future.

I get my inspiration from a lot of different sources, but my biggest influence is music. My music tastes range all over the board, but I can't get away from classic Rock and modern Metal. It drives my family (and my neighbors) crazy, but my speakers have a tendency to crank up ACDC at 8:00am...oops! I also have a soft spot for classical music, primarily vocals or piano instrumentals.Music is a huge part of my life, and so is other literature. I read constantly! In the third grade I was at a university level reading score, so my school's librarian had to order books from the high school for me to read.

I love Shakespeare, with The Tempest being my favorite. Edgar Allen Poe and Lovecraft are my go-to sources for horror and thriller. Romance isn't my favorite genre unless it's historical or has some kind of mystery to it. I can't stay away from fantasy novels. The Harry Potter series has taken over my computer, as every wallpaper I have reflects Slytherin House.

Other than that, I'm basically just a regular bookworm with three cats and a dog who drive me crazy. I'm currently engaged to my best friend and love him endlessly. I love to cook, and I try to bake cookies as much as possible. If I can't get the money to go to collage for literature, I plan to get a small pediatric nursing license so I can follow my other passion; children.
