Song: Illusion - One Direction

I leave my office and I try to calm myself down as I stroll to 'Jasmine's'
It's such a beautiful summer night. The warm air and the shining stars create a great atmosphere for a romantic night out.

"Hey love." I kiss her.

"Hey. How are you?" She smooths my untamed hair back. "You look stressed."

"I'm not." I lie.

"I know you for over three years" She smirks. "You can't hide from me."

"I know, Emerald."

"Why are you stressed then?"

"Something at work." I lie again.

"Sit and I'll bring you some tea." She walks away and I stop her.

"Emerald no! It's late. We should go home."

"Are you sure?" She asks.

"One hundred percent yes." I smile.

"Okay let me lock up."

"Okay" She strides away, closes doors, turns the lights off and comes back to me.

"Let's go." I take her hand in mine and I intertwine our  fingers as we exit the shop.

"Emerald?" I stop her.

"Yeah?"

"You love me right?" I ask her. My voice showing off my vulnerability.

"Of course I love you, pumpkin."

"You know I hate it when you call me 'pumpkin'. It's ridiculous."

"I know." She laughs.

I take a deep breath and make her sit on the bench where we first met.

"This where we first met." I point.

"Hmm..." She hums dreamily with closed eyes. "I love you Liam."

"I love you too." I kiss her lips gently. I slowly withdraw from her lips and stand up.

I smile down at her and get down on my knee. "Emerald. We know each other for over three years and we're together for more than two. I never believed in love at first sight. I still don't to be honest. I believe that you have to know someone in order to fall in love. But I do believe in chemistry, destiny and attraction." I take a deep breath.
'I was attracted to you from the first time I laid my eyes on you that Friday. I couldn't get you out of my mind.  Your violet eyes. Your vibrant smile and kind nature. It was our destiny to be together." I smile at her and I can see her happy tears flooding her eyes non stop.
'I didn't fall in love with you Emerald. I walked into love with you, with my eyes wide open. Knowing every step I take and every decision I make will lead to this moment. I chose to love you." Tears are now falling from my eyes as I see a beautiful smile forming on her lips. 'From the first kiss that night at my place I was hooked. My body and mind  craves the taste of your lips every second of my existence." I chuckle through my emotional state.
'Emerald, you're the chocolate to my croissant." She laughs. 'Will you honour me by being my wife? Will you commit your life, being tied to me for an eternity?"

Her moist violet eyes sparkle with adoration. Her palms cover her mouth as more tears of happiness roll down her cheeks.

She hastily nods, unable to form any proper word.

I take the red velvet box from the pocket of my trousers as I open it in front of her, to reveal a shiny ring with a violet coloured stone.

"It's... It's purple." She chuckles.

"No, it's violet." I pause. 'Just like your eyes."

"Aw Liam. I love you so much." She leans down and gives me a passionate kiss.

"I love you too baby." I say as I carry her bridal style while she squeaks and giggles like a maniac.
