Tom slowly opened his eyes, squinting a bit due to the sunlight that lit up the entire bedroom through the curtains on the balcony door. Tom lets out a groan and tried to sit up, causing the pounding in his head to get worse. "Shit." He hissed, and Arden immediately got up from the couch behind the coffee table. "Hey, good morning." "Good morning, Arden." Tom softly greeted as he leaned his entire body against the headboard. "Where am I?"

"You're in Amethyst's room. Apparently, you had a lot to drink last night." Arden replied with a chuckle, and Tom's eyes widened in horror. "Oh my god.. I'm so sorry. I usually don't drink that much, but I kinda lost control." Arden laughed in response and handed Tom a glass of water. "It's alright. We tend to lose control sometimes. Anyway, feel free to take a shower. I'll lend you some of my dad's old clothes."

"Thank you. Where's Amethyst?" Tom asked as he pushes the duvet off of him, and Arden smiled. "She's downstairs, cooking lunch. It's 12:34 P.M. already." "Oh, okay. I'll be in the loo." Tom replied as he slowly stood up, and Arden nodded her head as she made her way towards the bedroom door. "Alright. I'll be back in a few with my dad's clothes." As Arden left Amethyst's room, Tom started to make Amethyst's bed. He honestly didn't know what happened the night before, except that he might've 'partied' too hard. It wasn't his fault that he was happy; his girlfriend was now a part of the MCU, and she gets to star in her own solo movie, and he was proud of her. He had to celebrate, but he felt bad because he should've celebrated with her and everyone else at a restaurant of some sort, not at the nightclub.

After he fixed Amethyst's bed, Arden returned just in time with some of Mr. Cho's old clothes. "Here ya go. I'll be in my room, and Amethyst is downstairs if you need any of us." "Okay. Thank you so much." Tom smiled as he retrieved the clothes from her, and Arden nodded her head as she shoots him a warm smile. "Anytime." As soon as Arden left the bedroom again, Tom slowly walked in the bathroom to take a shower.

Tom made his way down the stairs, the delicious aroma filling up his nose as he slowly made his way towards the kitchen. He felt much better after the shower, hence the fact that he was drenched in sweat and alcohol from the night before. He heard soft singing coming from the kitchen, and he saw Amethyst flipping some pancakes on the pan while humming an All Time Low song. Tom stood at the entryway of the kitchen, admiring his girlfriend with his arms crossed over his chest. She had on gray shorts, purple slippers, and a purple tank top, and her usual wavy hair was held back together by a large clip. The smile on Tom's face grew as he entered the kitchen and made his way towards her. So beautiful.

He carefully stood behind Amethyst and wrapped his arms around her waist, immediately resting his chin on her shoulder. "Tom!" Amethyst squealed as she jolted in surprise, and Tom chuckled before he buried his face in the crook of her neck. "Good morning, baby." "Good morning, cutie. Shit, you scared me." Amethyst giggled as she turned off the stove. She placed the spatula down on the kitchen counter and turned around to face him, wrapping her arms around his neck. Her brown eyes sparkled with love and happiness, and Tom leaned in to place his lips on her nose. "Sorry. Look.. I'm sorry about last night, love. I got carried away, and it was shitty of me to not celebrate with you properly. I'll make it up to you."

"Tom, it's okay. No need to apologize. I enjoyed watching you embarrass yourself." Amethyst jokingly replied, and Tom's cheeks flushed. "Oh fuck.. Did I say anything embarrassing?" "No, you were just being loyally adorable." Amethyst replied with a giggle, and Tom lets out a sigh of relief. "Oh. Well, I'll make it up to you. Where do you want to go today?" "Babe, you really don't have to." Amethyst began to protest, but Tom shook his head. "No, I want to. I don't want to be a shitty boyfriend and not celebrate my girl joining Marvel." "Tom, you're an amazing boyfriend, no matter what you do." Amethyst reassured as she leans in to peck his nose, and Tom hums in response before he nuzzles his nose onto hers.

"I love you, and I want to make sure you're happy." "I love you, too. And I am happy, as long as I'm with you." Amethyst replied, and Tom instantly placed his lips onto hers. Amethyst kisses him in return, standing on her tippy toes as her eyes fluttered shut. Tom suddenly pulled away due to his stomach growling loudly, and Amethyst laughs. "Let's eat. Brunch is served!" "Thank god, or else I would've ate something else." Tom jokes with a small smirk on his face, and Amethyst playfully slapped his arm, her cheeks heating up immediately.

"Thomas!" "Kidding, just kidding." "You better be." Amethyst huffs as she shoots him a playful glare, and Tom chuckles as he guides her towards the dining table. "God, I seriously do love you, you know." "I love you too, bebe ko."
