The scene cuts to show BOOFIN on the phone, which is ringing. A very tired voice is heard picking up on the other end. It's FLIMMITZ 4, one of the substitute presidents.

FLIMMITZ 4: Who is it?

BOOFIN: Um, hi, is this one of the substitute presidents?

FLIMMITZ 4: Ya.

BOOFIN: We have someone here who's been scaring people in the middle of the night and making them run and hide in their refrigerators--

PLAPP: I only did that once!!!

CLOPE: Shush! Don't talk while someone's on the phone!

BOOFIN: Would that be considered un-odd?

FLIMMITZ 4: Take him to Impeach Beach in the morning and leave him there for a day bye.

She hangs up.

BOOFIN: Well, that was quick!

CLOPE: What did they say?

BOOFIN: Starting tomorrow morning, he needs to stay in Impeach Beach until the next morning.

PLAPP: Aw, man!

CLOPE: Yes! That'll teach you!

PLAPP: Don't I get a trial or something?

BOOFIN: Apparently not.

PLAPP: Ah, who cares? It was worth it!

CLOPE: RRRRRR...

PLAPP: Clope, run!

CLOPE: Why??

View cuts quickly to the outside of CLOPE's house. After a moment, CLOPE is heard eeeeeeeping loudly for a few seconds.
