"So, I am just a silly girl then?"

Without even glancing or acknowledging her existence, she could still feel the radiation of his annoyance.

"Didn't I say that you would stop breathing if you come here again?"

"No, you said that you would make sure no one helped me from a real drown, not that I would stop breathing."

"It is like you want to, did you become an idiot? Or is it natural?"

"I'm a natural born idiot."

"Least you admit it, Idiot."

"I embrace the idiot in me, will you embrace the stupidity in you?"

Abruptly, he turned his head and his eyes shot down to hers, he was staring daggers at her but she failed to noticed or perhaps she did and dismissed it.

"Please tell me how I am stupid?"

"You can't even tell the difference between a real drown and a fake one. Also, your hands were so weak with the chest compression, my five year old brother could do better than you. Was that your first ever chest compression? Because you really need to be forceful with it."

His face brightened another shade. Balling his hand into a fist, he refused to look at her amused expression.

"Do you really want me to kill you?"

"What will be your weapon? Your lips? Are you going to kill me by a kiss?"

"Get this in your head, I don't want to kiss you, you idiot!"

"Shush, use your indoor voices."

"We are outside on the beach, you idiot."

Even though he was staring at the waves murderously she could see a slight twitch with his left eyebrow, he was irritated and she couldn't help but smile.

"Perhaps you can really kill me with a kiss, want to try?"

"I don't kiss idiots, I am not even sorry."

"No need to apologise, deep down you love me."

"Get this in your head Idiot, I don't want you. Now go away, you idiot."

"Idiot is my nickname? We are moving forward in this relationship. How cute of you, I'll call you stupid because you make my heart flutter stupidly."

With that she ran off. She reminded him of waves, an endless current always leaving and crashing. He hoped that she wouldn't crash into him, he wasn't going to be her rock only just a pebble that would wash and wear away.
