The scene abruptly goes to where the PRESIDENT OF ELEPHANT ISLAND and CHAIRPERSON OF UN-ODD COMMITTEE are in an informal meeting.

PRESIDENT: Death?? You can't be serious!

UN-ODD CHAIRPERSON: And why not?

PRESIDENT: It's just another odd creature! You never sentence them to death!

UN-ODD CHAIRPERSON: Sir, this particular one has avoided arrest seventeen times. I have had enough of it! Besides, I'm planning on drowning them all at once once I have them all. Makes things easier.

PRESIDENT: With all these new ones popping up, that might never happen. Although I will say, it was brilliant of you to frame that baby thing like that.

UN-ODD CHAIRPERSON: I was getting desperate. Besides, it's good for the people to have something to blame for all this odd popping up. We don't want them nagging us with so many questions.

PRESIDENT: Do you know where they're coming from?

UN-ODD CHAIRPERSON: No.

He walks over to a window and looks out towards Oddland. An EAGLE is flying overhead.

But I have an idea.

The view zooms in on the EAGLE, and it is revealed that he is carrying a letter. He flies for a few more moments, then drops the letter onto NINJA FINGER's porch. He then flies back towards Oddland.
