As far as I know: @Atomochi & @Love_Poppy Meditate regularly - & @Lily_Ikidney has a favorite mantra she often repeats when she wants to calm down ( she even once posted a video on twitter! :) - & since she became a self taught Ventriloquist - she can chant her mantra without moving her lips - She Showed Me! 😊👍 )
