<Ina 's P.O.V>

I was sitting on the floor with the corgi on my lap sleeping. He is cute. And smart. I looked out of the huge window and saw the starts twinkling. It's so warm inside the house. I don't mean the temperature but the warmth of someone being around me and caring about me.

My own parents abounded me. I don't know why but they hate me i guess. Maybe because I'm ugly? Or maybe I'm to weak.

I'm actually a quite shy person but I've faced so much that I keep a fake personality of being strong, savage and unbothered type. But I'm actually the opposite. I'm very weak. I cry at very little things, very little. Today I controlled my tears so hard when Proff. Lee was showing me around in this apartment and gifting me a puppy.

Nobody ever gifted me anything and Runo is my first and the best gift I've received.

A tear rolled down my face but i wiped it. I want to be strong. Face the world with confidence. But my past was so brutal to me that I'm so heartbroken.

On my 17th birthday my last foster parents kicked me in the underground gang world. At least that made me strong enough to fight with anyone but only physically..... Mentally I'm still weak and helpless.

When Luna caught me and asked me to do her personal secret agent I felt a connection with her. I don't know who is she or whatever but that time felt myself so close to her that I could even die for her. But dieing for someone is better to stop living my pathetic life.

Proff. Lee even gifted me an iPhone 11 pro but I'm not much familiar with latest gadgets and stuffs so it's still on the dining table cover.

And the racks of clothes, to be honest I'm a homy person so I don't like going out much. But I still want to try those outfits, it's so cool.

When Proff. Lee left this morning I looked around the house a bit and searched in the kitchen looking for food. I did not have anything rather then a small burger and water. I was out of money and I was sick few days ago so no work no money. An underground robber's common life. I was not a thief but kinda like one. It was like someone will order and we've to do it and we get money for that.

I was eating some chips but Andi the robot surprised me as she cooked so many items for me.

It was delicious though. My tummy is full after the lunch and I'm glad Luna found me. At least not the cold floor anymore, not the ruffty dog bed anymore, not those cheap noodles anymore. And no more kicks and punches.

At least I'm free from all this. She saved me from all that.

"Purrrr" Runa was looking at me.

"You wanna go out for a walk? " I asked petting his head.

"Bow bow" He wiggles his tail and was jumping out of happiness.

He's full of live ✨ and I love him already.

I took his lash and got him ready for the evening walk.

I think I should also dress into my fresh clothes rather then this old tored once.

I went to my closet, thanx to Andi she arranged everything.

I removed my old rusty clothes and wore the light pink top and knee length shorts. And the hat is so trendy. And those new white shoes. With a small handy bag I was ready.

Runo was so happy finding me in fresh clothes. I lifted him up into my arms and patted his head.

"Ina wear this item, it will suit you" Andi the robot said in her robotic voice. She do have a sense of dressing style.

I nodded with a small smile and wore the pendant attached with a chain. It was simple but trendy.

I took the lesh and was about to go out when there was knock on the door.

Is it Proff. Lee?

I opened the door and found a panting Proff. Lee.

"Where's your phone? " He asked.

"Uh still on the table, why? " I looked confused.

"Aigoo" He slapped his face.

"I was  calling you to check upon you but I found it unreachable so I came running to check is everything alright or not" He said.

"I'm not much familiar with gadgets much so I wasn't really interested" I shrugged.

"Ok... Seems like you are taking Runo out for a walk! " He stated.

I nodded

"Ok be quick I'll be here" He said and came inside grabbing an apple from the fruit basket.

"And do what? " I asked looking at him.

"Fix your phone and add all the necessary contacts, apps and songs" He said.

I nodded and walked out with Runo jumping out of happiness.

"Runo if you don't behave properly I'll be returning home" I scolded him and automatically calm down and walked along with me silently.

We both walked down the street. The cool summer breeze hit my body and that felt good. It was fresh.

We went towards a park and I sat down on a bench and Runo was looking excitedly at the other pups playing around.

"You wanna go and play Runo? " I asked him and he wiggled his tail giving me a happy bark.

"But when I'll whistle you need to come right here, ok? " I said and he barked again as if agreeing with me.

I unhooked the lash from his collar and he ran towards the other pups and was chasing them.

I was staring at the children playing around the play area. So happy! So lucky! This really makes me jealous because I never had anything fun like that, my childhood was all filled by abusive foster parents. I dont even remember happily laughing around with any of my foster parents. Hope that no one faces anything like that.

I turn to look at the old couples enjoying their time with each other. Hope I find my family one day.

It was getting late so I whistled and Runo came running to me and sat in front of me.

I attached the lash and we both started walking towards our new house.

Hope this new adventures brings new experiences.

<Lychee's P. O. V>

I was being anxious now. Jungkook is being late. But before I could proceed with my thoughts a knock came on my door and I knew it was Jungkook.

I almost ran towards the door and opened it seeing a little bouquet 💐 and his smiling face.

"Hi" I said taking the flowers from him.

"Hi...uh so let's go nor we'll be late for the movie" He said.

I nodded and locked the door. Then I followed him down the stairs towards his car.

"So you stay here? " He asked.

"Yeah I don't stay with Justin much. He has a kid and if I stay with him it will be a little hasty for him so my parents gifted me this" I said as I took my seat on the passenger seat

"Who's Justin anyway? I mean how you know him? " He asked as he started his car.

"Well he's my childhood bestie and we grew up together but he lost his parents in a car accident and together with that he got pregnant so he left his studies and is now working to support himself and his daughter" I said.

"Oo and the house? Don't mind me asking" He said driving.

"Noh no prblm. It's his grandmom house. She stays in busan now" I said.

"Your parents? " He suddenly asked. I.. I don't know what to say but I've to lie.

"T-They stay in South Jeollanam-do" I said looking outside the window.

"That's quite far from Seoul thou. " He said.

"Yes that's why I get little vacations to visit them. I miss them a lot" I said.

"Aww sweetheart, no worries I'm here now so all your lonely ness will run away" And we both laughed.

"Well hop on I've a place in my mind. I need to take you there" Jungkook said opening the car door for me.

"S-surprise? " I asked getting in.

He nodded.

And soon he got inside and started his car.

We reached Jinju Hoegwan. My favorite restaurant around Seoul. It serves the most delicious Kong-guksu (bean noodle) a popular noodle dish served in a cold soy milk broth.

"How did you know I like this place? " I looked at him surprised yet I was very excited.

"What? I thought you would not like it yet I gave it a try" Jungkook gave a sheepish smile.

"I love here😍" I was overly joyed.

Jungkook only laughed at my cuteness and parked his car and I got off immediately.

"You are too cute when you are excited" He laughs.

I blushed and followed him inside.

Its not like five star restaurants but it has the best food. The authentic decor inside and the smell of fresh wood is my love.

"Heya Mr. Kim" Jungkook called out the person who was standing on the cashier.

"Heya Jung, how have you been" The old guy Mr. Kim asked.

"I'm good, how's your back pain? Did the doc appointment helped you? " He asked being concerned.

"Ahhh son it was worth going there" He patted Jungkook's back thanking him.

I only looked around, it's been so long I came here... Last I came here was wit-

"Who's she?" The old men asked.

I bowed "hello I'm Luna" I said with a small smile.

"She's my girlfriend" He said to Mr. Kim and I was........ Idk what to say.

"And he is one of my friends dad" He introduced.

"Nice to meet you" I bowed again

"What a lovely girl she is. Go go sit down I'll be treating you both with the famous dish here" Mr. Kim said excitedly.

Jungkook holds my hand and we get a table of two

"Wh-Why did you sai-said him I'm your g-girlfriend? " I blushed terribly.

"You'll soon be" He said giving me a wink.

10 minutes later Mr. Kim arrived.

"Sorry kids things got a bit handy" He said and he served the food.

It smelled soooo good.

Also with extra kimchi 😋😋😋

We both thanked him.

"Ah I love the smell it's great isn't it? " Jungkook asked.

My mouth was already full with the noodles yet I nooded.

He only laughed.

As we were eating I noticed his phone was buzzing from a long time.

He seemed to be ignoring it.

"Um... Your phone? " I asked eating the kimchi.

"Ugh I was ignoring it. I don't want work when I'm with you" He pouted.

I smiled and asked him to keep up the call. It might be urgent.

He did and he seemed so composed.

Serious and composed.

I didn't bother him with looks it might be uncomfortable for him.

I continued to eat my noodles. It was delicious.

"Um.. Luna? " He called me.

I looked up to him.

"I'm sorry something really urgent has come up... You'll not mind right if I go now? " He asked being uncomfortable.

"Of course not. Work is important I can understand" I smiled at him.

He got up and kissed my forehead.

"I'll make it up to you tomorrow okay honey" And I nodded.

And he actually dashed out.

Uff something really serious came up maybe.

And my phone was ringing then

Oppa? Why is he calling?

"Ne? " I picked up.

"We got some thiefs who works under 008"

"I'll be there"

I cut the call.... Why was Jungkook in rush.... Is this only a coincidence?
