Lychee's P. O. V

I walked inside the ward where Woohyun was kept. I went home to get myself cleaned and I straight away came here to check upon him.
I cannot be weak to be shaken up this bad. I'm strong and so is my brother Woohyun.

"Who are you? "

I turned to the voice and saw a nurse who was huge in shape but looked polite.

"I'm Woohyun's elder sister" I said with a slight bow.

"Oh good, you can see him but about his condition is not so good, the doctor will inform you with the reports soon" She said.

I only only and looked at the lifeless body laying down on to the bed.

I sat on the nearby tool and stared at him.

He knows 008 real face, he saw him in the mall, that means he roams around the whole city, especially rich places...... Hmm that means his next target is robbery in the mall? Can it be?

But then he said he met him when he was drunk! Only after he wakes up my doubts will be clear.

"Lychee? " Grandma called me as she entered the ward.

"Mom, you should go home and rest. I'll take care of him today" I said to her without even looking at her.

"Where were you last night? " She sounded angry.

I didn't said anything, she can see through the lies so it's better to stay silent.

"Lychee I think I asked you something, you need to answer me" Grandma said in a strict voice..

I cannot ignore her anymore.

"I was with Miryam last night" I still didn't looked at her.

"Grandpa was so worried about you and you even left your phone in your room. He did not had the number of your old phone, please be careful next time and inform someone before going anywhere" Grandma said as she hugged me but I didn't hugged her back. I was still staring at Woohyun.

"Ahem".

Both Grandma and I turned to the voice and saw two doctors eyeing us.

" Are you two Choi Woohyun's guardian?" One of the doctor asked.

"Yes I'm his grandmom and she's is his older sister Luna" Grandma said.

"Oh ohk I'm Dr SooJin and I'm a supervisor and also his appointment doctor. His medical reports have just arrived" The doc said.

I only stared at the doctor to continue what he has to say.

"He's in coma" He announced.

Grandma grasped and I had a blank expression on my face.

" Coma is a prolonged state of unconsciousness. During a coma, a person is unresponsive to his or her environment. The person is alive and looks like he is sleeping. However, unlike in a deep sleep, the person cannot be awakened by any stimulation, including pain. But it has different type of it and his condition is rare" Dr. Soojin said.

"What is it doctor? " I asked still with the blank face I had....

"It's persistent vegetative state (PVS) or post-coma unresponsiveness (PCU) is a disorder of consciousness in which patients with severe brain damage are in a state of partial arousal rather than true awareness. After four weeks in a vegetative state (VS), the patient is classified as in a persistent vegetative state. This diagnosis is classified as a permanent vegetative state some month  after a non-traumatic brain injury or one year after a traumatic injury." He said explaining the term of it.

"Can he hear us? How long will it take for him to recover? " My grandma asked.

"A vegetative state that lasts for more than 1 month is considered a persistent vegetative state. Most people with a persistent vegetative state do not recover any mental function or ability to interact with the environment in a meaningful way." Dr. Soojin said.

"And for hearing things they can hear buut patients are unable to respond to commands and they do not react in meaningful ways to sounds, words, or any other type of communication. They also can't speak their thoughts or express desires to anyone." The other doctor said who was quite for a long time.

"How much money will be needed for him to wake up? " I asked anger on my face.

"It depends ma'am, we are trying our best and as you see the condition is quite a rare but it's treatment is available and we'll do our best" The other doctor said.

"What's your name? " I asked the other doctor.

"I'm Dr. Jack from USA, Dr. Soojin's assistant and the 2nd doctor in charge of Choi Woohyun" Jack said.

I only nodded and looked at him.

It means he can hear us but cannot respond. It also means there are two possibility that he might wake up forgetting everything and become a disabled person or remember everything but won't be able to interact with us like a normal human being...

I'll get you 008 for doing this to Woohyun.

"And there's one more thing the bullet is out from his head so for that recovery strong medicines are needed so please bring this soon from the pharmacy and we'll do our best" Dr. Soojin said and left the room with Dr. Jack.

"What do you think who did this to him? " Grandma asked me already having tears in her eyes.

"He saw 008 face and he met him in the mall we went to visit before this accident, it's 008 who did this" I said with no emotions.

"Poor child he didn't deserve this" Grandma sobbed a bit.

I'll kill you 008.

Proff. Lee P. O. V

"Thank you, I own you my life professor" Ina said.

"But I still don't understand why should I keep this as a secret? " Proff. Lee questioned.

"Do you want me to hold your legs and starting begging you again? " Ina snorted.

"Fine fine but you own me your story then only I'll keep it a secret from Luna" Proff. Lee said.

"Yea... I don't want to share it till I can trust her and about my story...... In short I was abounded by my family and I was in the hospital till the age of 4 then I was send to Forster Care but till the age of 15 nobody adopted me so I worked in a car mechanical shop where I met a guy name Ron who was half African who also taught me martial arts to protect myself then he introduced me into his underworld gang where I worked for 4yrs now I'm 19 and here I'm at the present" Ina said in a single breath.

"Wow....... Unexpected thou well I'm sure you have a lot of trust issues which made you cover your face and stuffs" Proff. Lee asked.

"Yeah I do have a lot of trust issues. And my name is Kyung Ina but everyone calls me Ina or Anna " She shrugged.

"If you have trust issues then why you said me your story? " He questioned again.

"So that you don't reveal it to Anna about my face" She said in a board tone.

"Hm where are you living currently? " He asked.

"I'm doing part time jobs so I don't really get much time to sleep, if I get I usually book a motel for a night" She said being a little ashamed as she was sharing everything whom she only met yesterday.

"You can stay here if you want or in my apartment which is particularly empty as I don't use it, you can make that your home as long as you want" He said keeping up the accessories that was on the ground.

"Are you feeling pity about me Mr? " Ina sounded annoyed.

"I'm not! You can buy that place from me and pay your money in instalment if you want" He said without even looking at her..

"Ohk then how much is it? " Ina asked being confident.

"7,92,896.07 won" He said narrowing his eyes at her.

"SO COSTY? " Ina almost screamed at the amount he said.

Proff. Lee chuckles at her reaction. He was not actually planning to take a single penny from her becoz the face she has is very much similar to someone whom he knows and on her 20th Birthday the whole world will know. This case is becoming to critical.
