A couple hours later. James Bond suddenly wakes up strapped to a chair. James Bond notices a spectre agent looking at him. The spectre agent says have you ever been electrocuted Mr. Bond?!! The spectre agent suddenly flips a switch that is on the wall. James Bond starts getting electrocuted. The machine turns off. The spectre agent says sorry there's a short fuse! The spectre agent suddenly turns the light off. The spectre agent says would you like to hear a story Mr. Bond?!!! The spectre agent says once a pon a time there was a little boy. The spectre agent says you wouldn't describe him as a particularly special little boy. The spectre agent says he was neither tall or handsome, charismatic or amusing. The spectre agent says in fact he appeared to be exceedingly dull! The spectre agent says because of this boys apparent shortcomings he was bullied relentlessly by the other children! The spectre agent says he emerged from a miserable year his life continued to be a living hell! The spectre agent says but what the other boys didn't understand about their victim was that he didn't see them as enemies he saw them as instruments of learning! The spectre agent says priceless lesson was clean from his demantice! The spectre agent says man has only 2 masters in this world and the names of pain and fear! The spectre agent says the boy found that he had quite a talent for eliciting these feelings in others! The spectre agent says so the principal thing to his strengths he decided to make that cultivation his life's work! The spectre agent says I was that little boy and now you get to witness my life's work!!! The machine suddenly turns on. James Bond gets electrocuted again. James Bond notices Inspector Clouseau and Ponton standing in the control room. Inspector Clouseau and Ponton both walk up to the spectre agent. Ponton suddenly shoots the spectre agent in the head. Ponton says are you okay James?!! James Bond says yes I'm fine!! Ponton quickly gets James Bond free. James Bond says how did you find me?!! Ponton says we followed you!!!
