Everyone's rushing around the pack house trying to get everything ready. It's been a day since I last saw my brother. He seemed to just disappear.

But, as I was saying before today is the day I turn 18. Lancy and I can't wait. We are up in my room getting dressed. We have about 4 or 5 hours to get dress and Lancy wants us to use every minute.

After both of us took a shower we started on our make up. I got a fancy smokey eye look, with thick winged mascara, rosy red cheeks, and pink full lips. Lancy did my makeup and took an hour.

I'm doing her makeup and gave her a butterfly eye look with a thin winged eyeliner, mascara, pink cheeks, and blood red lip stick. It too me an hour to do her makeup.

With a few hours left we pull out or dresses.

"Ready for this?" Lancy asked. She picked out my dress and I picked out her dress. I nod and she pulled the white cover off the dress.

Its gold and beautiful! It's a strapless one piece dress, the top is covered in gold sparkles, from mid waist on the dress go's down in gold tool with small traces of gold glitter.

"I love it Lancy!" I exclaim in excitement. It truly is beautiful.

"Ok let's see mine!" She says clapping her hands and sets my dress carefully on the bed.

"Okay you ready?" I ask.

"Yes pull the cover of the dress!" Lancy exclaims jumping up and down clapping her hand. I pull the cover off the dress and she goes speechless.

"I love it! Lillie its beautiful!" She takes the dress from my hands and pulls it up to her body, twirling around.

"I knew you'd love it," I said picking up my dress and pulling it to my body.

"Okay we got like two hours left lets put on these dresses and do our hair!" Lancy exclaims. And that's exactly what we do.

The music blast down stairs, and werewolf's crawl every where hoping to get a glance at the girls that could be there mate. Lillie and I wait in line of rank for them to introduce us. Still no sign of Jace or Anthony for that matter. Then all of a sudden the music stops and the light dims. It's time.

One by one we go down all in order of rank. I'm right in the middle not the highest in rank yet not the lowest in rank and Lancy is behind me. Our heels click and clank as they hit the marble floor. Girls hike up there dresses as the go down so they won't trip. Once it's my turn I take a deep breath.

This is the day I could meet my mate and my future. I hike my dress up and take my first step down the stairs. Step by step I get more nervous by the second. As I get to the last step the crowd seems to stair at me.

ANTHONY'S POV

We've been in my cabin that's in the woods for two days, but today we leave. Jace claims to know the girl that we found in the woods. She's was not badly injured, but I still have no clue who she is.

"Jace I can't find my stupid tie!" I yell from my bedroom hoping he knows where my tie is.

"Dude I don't know where the stupid thing is I can barely put mine on!" he yells back.

"It's here," Lisa walks into my bedroom and hands me my gold tie. "And I suppose that you don't know how to put it on. Come here," I walk over to her and she ties my tie, but I can't help getting lost in her light green blue eyes.

"Anthony lets go we're going to be late dude!" I snap out of the trance, but not before kissing her sweet lips. To my surprise she responds and her arms go around my neck while my arms wrap around her small waist. It feels so good yet Soooo wrong. I don't know why but if feels wrong.

I pull away. "I gotta go." I say before walking out.

"Bro what took you so long!" Jace exclaims once we hop in the car.

"I was preoccupied." And with that we drove away towards the packs house.

We get there with no time to spear. When we walk threw the doors the last girl is walking down the stairs with the spotlight on her. That's when I smell it. It's a mouth watering smell I turn to Jace to ask if he smells it, but his attention is else where. I want to find the source of the smell but my mother finds me and sweeps me away to talk with some people.

LILLIE'S POV

Once all the girls are done everyone starts mingling and some girls already found there mate.

"Lucky bitches!" Lancy spat seeing some girls being swept away by what I suppose is there mate.

"Lancy, be nice." I say. Then all of a sudden I smell a mouth watering smell. Pine mixed with axe. I start wondering away towards the smell, but get swiped into the dance.

The dance just started and someone's in front of me. Not knowing what to do I follow along not meeting the eyes of the mysterious person. The first few steps we don't touch when we finally do I feel the sparks and know this is him. This is my mate. I look up and it shocked me to see who it is.

I could feel everyone's eye's on us, but once the dance is over we go our separate ways. Or at least I thought. In the shadows where no one will ever think to look I'm pushed up to the wall.

"It's you." I whisper.

"Yes it's me." he whispered back in a husk dark velvety voice.

All my wolf said is 'Mate.'
