Personality:
As the warmhearted and sympathetic young woman, Lillian always keeps her eyes peeled out for the Shepherds as if she was their personal caretaker. It's the only thing she believes she can do to make up for her lack of strength in combat and to repay them for their protection and this, very well, applies to Chrom and Lissa more than anyone else. The tactician happens to be very hardworking and observant of her surroundings in order to do her self-assigned job well, but then she tends to take her job highly seriously and stress herself out too much during the process which also happens to take a heavy toll on her already frail body. On one side, she has a serious and cold exterior where she'll lash out on anyone who disrupts her thoughts during work though she is understanding towards them if they needed to disrupt her for something important. Many of her allies do seem to dislike her seriousness because she can get fairly scary, stubborn, and a bit unfriendly, it ends up overwhelming her rather than anyone else, and her serious personality can clash with the more laid-back people around her. Really, she seems to be taking in all the work for herself to handle as she worries about everyone else, which makes her snappy and a little aggressive when approached, but she just wants to help protect everyone despite the amount of stress she forces her body to inherit everyday. In reality, however, it is actually quite easy to get her to suddenly alternate into a more fun and loving person that she really is on the inside when work isn't the number one thing to be worrying about. She'd speak much sweetly and warm rather than aggressively snappy and it's much easier to approach and make a small conversation with her. Despite having an outgoing personality, Lillian is terrible at telling jokes and it's mainly because of her serious side being the more dominant one of the two-- becoming so strict happened to make her forget how to be a more outgoing and comical person after a long period of time. She does enjoy listening to jokes though even if they are bad. Outside of battle and especially when she's relaxing from her workload, it happens to show that the oh-so serious tactician is pretty clumsy when she isn't working so hard for anything-- Lillian is usually seen tripping over her own feet and things in the environment. Then again, it could be because of how tired she really is with the heavy toll she has given to her body to cope with therefore she isn't thinking straight for the rest of her time off that day. Lillian is known to be someone who dozes off quickly in the army while she is not helping out with anything because of always overworking herself more than she can handle. It just so happens that she is always tired from working, but tries to stay alerted for strange activities which makes her even more fragile then she needs to be.

Appearance:
Dark purple-blue hair, light blue eyes, and fair skin

Lillian has short layered hair that reaches over the nape of her neck. The sides of her hair are pulled to the front and reaches up to her chest. Her bangs are centered and slightly reaches over her round but slender eyes while the sides framing her face reaches to her cheeks. On the left side of her head, she bears a braid that is secured by a gold hair tie.

*She is seen in the standard uniform of a tactician in the shades of gold, black, purple, and light grey.

*Lillian's extra wear consists of a white sleeveless turtleneck bodysuit with no legs. The top is lined in gold and is, starting at her collar bones, secured by white straps with gold buttons on each side of it. A teardrop shaped cut is seen around her stomach in which reveals her skin. The woman wears long fingerless gloves that reach half way up her upper arms and it only seems to cover her middle fingers and marked with a gold band seen around the base of her finger as well as around her wrists. Around her waist, she wears a white ribbon belt that dangles down to mid thigh. A golden metal piece with a pale blue gem in the center of it is seen securing the belt into place. The belt is holding up a three slit beige clothe that acts like a skirt-- it reaches up to the middle of her calves and covers from her waist-- the back flap is cut into a triangle shape at the end. Her socks are the same color as her skirt, but the cuffs of her socks are white with gold buttons securing the side flaps that stick out a bit. Seam lines are seen on both the skirt and her socks. Lillian also happen to wear dark blue ankle boots that are secured by thick black laces that create two 'X's' around the neck. Her ankle boots have cuffs that are folded down, which shows gold pieces in a similar shape as her belt clip seen below her ankles and around the sole of her heeled boots. Lillian dons a strange looking dark blue hooded cape that has large cuts on the sides where her arms reside-- she is capable of sticking her arms out through them, but decides not to. Her cape is lined in gold and is shaped to be sharp in the back-- the back of her cape reaches above her calves. The back of her cape has decor that circle around the base and her hood. It is secured by thick gold braided ropes that look like it forms a flower in center and tied into two loops like a bow, the loose strings at the end reaching up to her waist.

Biography:
Living in an area nearby the Halidom of Ylisse, Lillian was neither poor nor rich, but had a little reputation as the girl who took on many challenges. To those who knew of her, they found her knowledge to be a gift, skills to be her challenges, and her efforts to either be a blessing or a curse. Though she was a sweet girl all in all, she had little to no friends and mainly acquaintances and it is possibly because many feared her efforts in trying new magic and possibly causing danger or injuries around them. As a young girl, Lillian had taken a large interest in all types of magic-- specifically fire-- and would often read books about them to learn more. In addition to that interest, she enjoyed learning not only about magic but about everything her brain could take in and also liked spending most of her time at a magic based school to study during her childhood years. This didn't seemed to bother or strike as something strange to her parents for her mother, Macey, knew healing magic and quite enjoyed learning about it as well in her youthful years while her father, Karim, supported her interest fully. Her father happened to be a swordsman who had worked alongside with her mother in the same Ylissean army unit as well, so he was satisfied to see his daughter interested in learning it-- besides, this would allow her to provide her own protection when she needed it most and when no one is capable of helping her in her time of need thus making it a win-win situation for either side. Lillian loved taking on new things and challenging herself to learn and improve, but sometimes she does attempt things that is considered to be dangerous and shouldn't be done carelessly. Her life with her family-- and also an unborn younger sister-- was peacefully animated and enjoyable until one day she decided to practice with fire magic she was unfamiliar with-- her family was taken away from her in an instant. She has a notable burn scar around her left ankle due to the sudden burst of uncontrollable fire magic. When she is married in the future, she'll have a son named Rowan.

All the way from the Halidom of Ylisse, the young Exalt of Ylisse-- Emmeryn-- heard news of the nearby fire that had been created that day. Despite being rejected by her subjects and always being abused at her day and age, she decided to pay a visit to the burning site and see for herself what was going on in town. Upon the area was spotted the frightened young girl being carried away by soldiers to safety, face pale and stained with tears unknown to herself. Seeing that she was now left alone just like she and her younger siblings were, Lillian was taken in by the Exalt into the Halidom of Ylisse itself to have aid and company in recovering from her state of shock. If not for that, she would have no one to take care of her after the tragic incident caused by her own mistakes-- this would have resulted to her becoming an orphan who would then have to be sent to an orphanage or probably just a homeless girl out in the open if Emmeryn wasn't there to see her. The soldiers thought it was best to hand Lillian off to any open orphanages and welcoming hands, but against the idea of giving her away, Emmeryn quickly decided to bring her in as if she was adopting another sibling into the royal family. At first, Lillian didn't really like the idea of being adopted by the Exalt and her family due to her own family status being as simple nobles that were neither living in wealth nor lacking like the poor compared to the royals, but she eventually warmed up to it after some time later. Her initiative actions were to distance herself from the royals and speak when she needed to-- Lillian rather didn't get too close nor over-friendly with them as they have with her in their point of view-- because of this, many thought lowly of her behaviors. Despite her actions, Lillian is truly grateful to have Emmeryn, Chrom, and Lissa nearby her at all times instead of being abandoned into cold stones. Even though she preferred to avoid rather than to connect, Chrom and Lissa ended up giving her all the attention she needed anyways in order to get through the rest of her childhood without her lost sibling and parents for it allowed her to be herself and remain sane. The process worked slowly to where they managed to get her socializing with the others-- but ever since she was taken in, she managed to starve herself for too long from the shocking loss and ended up weakening her body in the process. During this time of depression, she halted her magic studies altogether and remained in bed or wherever she was dragged to by her newly found family instead.

Throughout the time spent together, Lillian had grown immensely close to the royal siblings-- especially to Chrom and Lissa-- and cherished them all as her own siblings with royal blood running through their veins and not hers. Her mentality mended together quite well as Lillian continued to open up to the royals and soon after she felt as if she was living a normal life again, but with the empty feeling of living without her parents. Soon after, Lillian ended up picking up her studies from where she had last left it at years after her long recovery from depression, but with great amount of hesitation weighing her down. Proving to still be as hardworking and studious as ever, the young woman always spent her time reading books in her room on her free time and also eventually began swordplay lessons in the Halidom with none other than Frederick and Chrom-- therefore giving her the understanding and ability of wielding a sword when she needs to. From the day she recovered with the help of the Exalt and her family, she became much more high-spirited and hopeful about the future with the bright and clear outlook of protecting everyone she wished to protect with her power-- but her health, however, has slightly declined bit by bit each day during the years. This resulted to the young woman having Lissa and Chrom taking care of her when she needed it most. Her health decline had began from the very day she set the fire and it could be because of the shock and depression that settled itself in her mind and the lack of food she missed out altogether, but Lillian didn't allow it to interfere with her work and continued to push herself further. Worried that she soon would collapse from overworking and seeing that her health remained weak rather than get better, the royals eventually decided it was best to switch off schedules with each other to take care of her and prevent her from making it any worse. Chrom eventually found his personally made army a few years later and decided to gather and recruit his members for his newfound group he named Shepherds with the young woman requesting him to allow her to join. With that, she was quickly made to be the shepherd's watchful tactician but with the army's watchful eye to keep her safe and from collapsing from work. Though she was the tactician with many years of self-studying with combat--which allowed her to gain a wide understanding of battle tactics and field strategies-- she wasn't exactly the most sufficient tactician to have because of her lack of experience in a real fight-- despite this fact, Chrom doesn't allow her to fight without having him or anyone who can protect her around. Chrom only allowed her to join his army in the first place so that he can keep a watchful eye on her for her well-being and also because of her stubborn personality, but it was rather difficult doing so because of her frail body. No matter, she still was grateful to help them in any way she could to repay them for giving her another family to live with and another life to continue on for her own family.
